Very clean

Cleaners left the bedroom windows open everyday

The manager (Mauricio) was excellent and helped us a lot to book tours and find our way around Mendoza. The hotel was very well located close to the main plaza, park and a good supermarket.

It was a little noisy at night and the noise carried from the lobby to our room.

Hard to communicate, either no english or little, son spoke some. Lots of dry food for breakfast, fruit salad ok. No room facilites

1.The owner Maurecio is fabulous! Goes out of his way to accommodate and speaks perfect english. 2. Excellent location. 3.Good value for the money.

1. Windows in rooms face interior courtyard with other windows. 2.When Maurecio is not there other staff do not speak English.

Location was perfect and the hotel was clean with adequate facilities.

Rooms are small with few amenities. Wireless only works in the lobby and was sometimes unavailable. Staff only speak Spanish that can made communication difficult.

The hotel is very nice, well located. The owner of the place helped us with all our questions and was very kind. We asked for an early check-in and they allowed it without any problem. The wifi works weel.

The room is quite small. Facillities are not the newest.

I liked staff. Lobby and sitting areas were roomy and kept sparkling clean. Breakfasts were standard but fresh every morning. Owner was great and set us up with good wine-mountain tours. Very accommodating. Nice touch was gifting us with a bottle of Malbec when we checked out. Also quiet but good central area. I would stay there again.

Rooms were small side with small closet and no drawers, we had to live out of suitcase. But very clean and nice beds. Small bathtub.

Good location close to the main square and some restaurants. Main reception and lounge, and the dining room were clean and comfortable. Some of the front desk staff spoke some English. Our bedroom was warm.

Tiny rooms. The bathroom was so small that it could only hold one person at a time. Our room was not cleaned once in the three days we stayed there. The hotel is very noisy at all hours from guests coming and going. The breakfast was typically spanish, ham cheese, lots of sweet pastries. Coffee is rationed.
