Breakfast was great, even you can drink a glass of sparkling wine. Internet connection was excellent for Argentina, staff is friendly. We were in Diplomatic hotel for a few nights of honeymoon. They upgraded our room just for 153 pesos in total and we had early (9:00am) check-in, then breakfast (after check-in) and late check-out (14:00pm). So I would strongly recommended to visit this hotel my friends and if we come back in a future definitely stay with Diplomatic hotel. P.s. Every day from 19:00 till 20:00 free wine testing :-)))

Very helpful staff. Breakfast was outstanding and evening wine tasting was fun. Rooms were very large and comfortable. Hotel is in good location--lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Everything! This place was a dream. The mountain view (gorgeous), the bed (HUGE and comfy), the pool (a nice plus on a hot day), the location (walking distance to all points of interest in town), the breakfast(vast and delicious), the service (eager to help, friendly)--all fantastic! And a great value for the money. I would pay much more in the US for a hotel of this quality.

Hotel of the upper-class, very well furnished, clean and comfortable, rooms are big. Breakfast very good and with a large choice. Every day is a free wine tasting between 7-8pm. Excellent price/ quality relation of the hotel overall. Very good located to the city centre.

Staff is not very good english-speaking. Hotel is very comfortable, but a bit anonymous/ boring. Fitness/pool area only opened until 8pm. For a business traveller not the best.

Front desk staff extremely competent and helpful - went out of the way to accommodate.

This is a lovely luxury hotel. The room is huge and so if the bed which is extremely comfortable. The breakfast is nice with lots of choice. Also the location is great as it's just a short walk to independence square (the ice cream shop across the road is also really good). The hotel is also nice and quiet.

It was almost too fancy for us but it was our honeymoon. We booked 2 nights and extended for 3. Hard to leave. Amazing service. Huge room with fantastic view. The gym was great too.

Doesn't feels right when someone is opening the door for you but I guess that's part of the experience.

They advertised a free wine tasting but it was just one glass of wine, not bad but not what we were expecting. Wanted to take a bath in the tub at night but there was only lukewarm water, we did have hot water in the morning.

Maid kept forgetting to leave bath mat all but one day of our stay; towels are a bit on the thin side for a "luxury" hotel; email responses pre-trip were a bit slow

The Hotel is very near to the city-center. The rooms are big. The personal is very friendly. It.s a top hotel may be the best we had in our 7 weeks trip in Argentina
