The design of the hotel was great, the hotel had a soul. The location was great near boutiques and restaurant. I was feeling safe going back at night. Kind and friendly staff. Good breakfast. i loved the patio and the flexibility of the attention. The staff and location were superb. location. Close to Serrano square. Nicely decorated in an interesting arty way, each room different. Only stayed one night, would have liked to delve into the bits and pieces around over a couple days.
