The hotel exceeded my expectations. I had read some not-so-great reviews of it after booking, and was considering changing hotels after the reviews... and I was glad I didn't! The staff was fantastic, the included breakfast was amazing, and most importantly i always felt like i was safe and my important items were very secure in their safe. The people are very helpful and friendly. THe localization of the hotel is near the city center.all reviews »
service was quite good; location was also good - local buses and subway line "D" nearby; excellent pizzeria and small shops around the corner; catholic church across the street but no bells ringing to disturb hotel guests; ample and good breakfast buffet. Rooms at Level 8 and up are fully renovated with douple window to reduce noise level. The rooms are great. Staff was extremly helpful and friendly. In additioan, the loactioan is excellent.The room was clean and the bed very confortable. The room was a bit noisy because my room overlooked the street and the windows are certainly not noise proof. But that did not affect my overall outlook on the hotel.Improve noise isolation. the lights and tv in the room were a little difficult to figure out - at first it seemed like it was on a timer but after fooling around with it, we finally got it to work but it's not a matter of turning the switch on or off. When booking through Booking.com, they will put you in a room below level 8. All these rooms are not renovated. After my complained I got "upgraded" to Level 8.
