  Our room, an upgrade because our room "key" did not work, was on 3rd floor overlooking a brook, with mtns in the distance. The desk staff & mgt was as distressed as we were about the reservation sw problem -- that felt good to us. - The staff, although somewhat inexperienced, made up for short comings by their energy and friendly attitude.
