This is the second time that I stay at the Sheraton Vistana Resort with my baby, now 16-moths old, and my mom and we really love it here. The resort is large, landscaping is perfect so we could take long walks around the resort and the artificial lakes. My family enjoyed being able to cook in our own kitchen, we were able to do laundry so it was less clothes being packed going and returning from vacation and we were able to come home with clean clothes. We took our entire family - grown children, with their spouses, and our grandchildren. A party of 15.
Blue Heron was affordable for that many, We rented 3 -1 bedroom suites and divided into groups of 5. All of us enjoyed having a full kitchen. The pool was a favorite of the grandchildren. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all it was a good value for the money.

The grounds were lovely and designed for comfort. I liked the fact that there were multiple activities for children. Staff courteous and helpful. Did not have one bad experience. I was traveling with my husband, daughter and grandchildren and all had great visit. -

Our room was clean, quiet, and roomy. The balcony was a nice bonus and the pool area with a water slide was great fun for the kids, the neighborhood is much nicer than most and the location to the parks is perfect. Really can't beat it for the price. -

Although my family only stayed here for one night I really liked this hotel and was pleasantly surprised in what it offered for the price. It offered very well designed modern rooms with a feeling of luxury and providing all the basics you need e.g. towels at the pool, cleaning materials, good tv and appliances - few hotels get these right but the

Overall design -
The suite (2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, plus kitchen and living room) was comfortable, clean, nicely designed, and quiet. The free "happy hour" with beer, wine and food was an added surprise, and saved us from having to go out to dinner with 4 kids! Plus the included full-breakfast was amazing! The hotel was clean and comfortable and the 2 bed suite was as described. The kitchen was dated and needed a refresh but was functional nonetheless. The staff were friendly and willing to help. We only required an overnight stay but wanted enough space for 4 adults to relax in - this fitted the bill completely. The free wifi was good too. -

The neighborhood was very nice with a variety of stores and restuarants within walking distance. It was also just down the street from a main entrance to Disney and not far from I-4.

I was impressed by this hotel the minute I walked in the door. Right
after we checked in, the bartender greeted us very warmly (the bar is in
the lobby) and was genuinely wonderful during our whole stay (her name

Room was quiet and spacious. They have a small bar/cafe with a
limited menu, a restaurant (we didn't try) and a small snack shop. I
was pleasantly surprised that my coke, ice cream sandwich and chips
amounted to $6. I expected it to cost double that. Staff was friendly
and helpful, with the exception of the safe (see my didn't likes).
Overall a very good hotel.

Swift and early check in with personable staff. This enhanced our enjoyment as did not have to wait until specified check in time. Hotel is on Disney property and is geared towards people who want to experience the Disney parks and not stay in one of their resorts.
It was very family friendly, right combination of restaurants, shops, swimming pool and friendly environment. Location was amazing since it was across the street from Downtown Disney.

I received an excellent apartment completely equipped. The apartment was clean every day and always treated for all the employees well. We stayed one night as part of our honeymoon. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and loved it. We had a fabulous dinner at the hotel and especially loved the bottle of wine we had at the pool in the evening with the gorgeous fire pit serving as our backdrop. We stayed for 6 nights at the 1 bedroom suite with our 5 year old son. The hotel is great, very comfortable, the room was very big and everything in it was to our liking. Good bathroom with both bath and shower. Very good breakfast, lovely swimming pool. The Bull & Bear restaurant is especially good.

Whats not to like. The staff were friendly and the location is near were
we wanted to go like Seaworld & Disney not to forget numerious fine
resturants and shopping locations. -
Close to outlet stores, convenience stores, restaurants, theme parks. Staff were all very pleasant. Large kitchen and living area. Good size master bedroom with spa.
