Everything ... there was plenty of choices of activities to do for adults and especialy children...most important the Hotel employees were so pleasent and helpfull... We enjoyed the Club Lounge facilities, very good value. The staff were so welcoming wherever we went cleaning staff leaving kind messages in our room after cleaning, what a lovely touch. The location could not be better.
We have stayed at the Pullman before and were worried about the change to Sheraton brand, apart from the price increase of room rate, the service was top notch. Thank you.

I am very impressed by the hotel location, luxury and friendliness of the staff. The room was ample in size with modern amenities.
