Amazing room with nice balcony all day in the sun and huge bathroom. Loved the location and the restaurant Blue Jade. Nice service. One time Blue Jade kept the restaurant open because we were late. Amazing service and friendly personnel.

Some rules at swimming pool are not convenient. For example kids are not allowed to jump in the pool, young couples like us are not allowed to give a hug in the pool and at the beach no food is being served. Between the sea and the swimming pool is a public beach which is rather inconvenient.

One of the best hotels in Dubai. Intimate and and with great service. Definately go for the club level rooms! The lounge is a must with breakfast and snacks all day!

Fabulous!!! Great pool-area. Direct access to the great beach from the pool area. Fantastic club-lounge with top service, and excellent small dishes throughout the day. This is a great service for a solo business traveller. Large, very nice room. Very friendly and professional staff providing a relaxed and warm experience.

Internet in the room could be included in the rate. Now it is 100 AED/day which is an annoying irritant….

Excellent location, perfect for relaxing away from crowed. Very nice staff, friendly and very supportive. I stayed at the club room which was excellent with an access to the club lounge. However, was a bit confusing moving from floor to another.

Our executive suite was beautiful The house keeping staff were excellent

Front desk was very disorganised, check in was one of the longest I have ever experienced. Our room was not ready until 5pm. Had to ask 3 times for a late check out, given our late check in we felt this should have been offered to us and we shouldn't have been put in the position of having to ask.

Great staff. We liked the hotel's smaller resort-like athmosphere, because many of the other luxury hotels around were generally huge, and targetted to mass tourism. We liked Ritz's more secluded feeling.

If there is a "do not disturb" sign on the door, the thing to do is quite simple. We had 2 calls within 2 hours from the housekeeping asking when would like our room to be cleaned (when we had the do not disturb sign). It was extremely problematic when our little baby was having the afternoon sleep at that time.

I came to de-stress and relaxation, and I found exactly what I wanted and more.. I enjoyed my stay very much, The spa was amazing. The staff were always welcoming and smiling, I would definitely come back again !

There was no hair drier in the room The spa was not completely separated from the male side, there was a shared corridor leading to the outside pool

The day to day service was excellent, especially at breakfast and by the pool/beach. The staff were really on their toes ready to help.

Although there was free Wi-fi in the public areas, it was very expensive to use in the room.

The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. When we arrived we were led to a resting area while the receptionist checked us in. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful and obliging. He brought us to room 555 and when we got to the room we realised we had been upgraded to a suite. The room was huge c.70sqm and amazingly well appointed. The grounds and facilities were phenominal and very well serviced. Throughout our stay we were looked after like royalty and all the staff exhibited a 'nothing is a problem' attitude. This is the best 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in and could not recommend it enough.

From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the minute we were waved off by the exceptionally friendly door staff, our break could not have been any better. The hotel is spotless, the suite we stayed in was out of this world and the staff could not have been more helpful. We will definitely be back.

A really beautiful hotel right on the beach. Pool area and grounds were lovely. Hotel was busy on our visit but the place was still quiet and relaxing. The club lounge was very good value for money and the staff were excellent. We will certainly return.

This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Dubai. Fantastic resort. Our number 1 choice in JBR.
