The room was a fountain view on letsbookhotel.com but in reality it was a partial fountain view with bad and limited view to the fountain

We had a good view as we were a couple had a junior delux suite had view of burj Khalifa Dubai mall and the dancing fountain which was excellent it takes around 10 min walk to Dubai mall and from there u can catch the metro. Staff was excellent really friendly welcoming. We had all the facility that we want in the room we had really enjoyed don't mind coming back here again

The only thing which I didn't like was that the price is a bit too high specially when they add tax it increases more and the kettle was burnt from inside which I told them to replace that's about it really nothing else that's all I could think of

The view from our suite - waking up to see the amazing panorama of Burj Khalifa and the fountains of Dubai Mall. Incredible.

Location wasn't the best. If you don't own/hire a car, it is in that unfortunate place where it is just too far to walk in Dubai's weather, and just too close for a taxi to take you. We always get looks from taxi drivers when we tell them where we want to go, but they always took us anyway.

-Shampoo, shower gel and soap are average. -Airconditioning is super cold and too diffecult to control. -Charging for extra blankets when they cant help in controlling the tempreture of the ac!

the location near burj khalifa n Dubai mall and world trade center...the breakfast, small menu but good cook...

the walking bridge connected to dancing fountains and Dubai mall was closed due to some concert preparation, had to take taxi to goto these places , which killed the entire reason of choosing this hotel. Lobby is too small, and way to gym too confusing...as it is shared with burj residences I guess

Location is great. Asked for early check-in and they admitted me to my room the minute I was there.

Wi-Fi system is so stupid, you can use it only in one device and can't change the device although the room was booked for two.

The location is great . The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and clean.

Check in took almost one hour. Reception is small. A few hours before checking out half of the room electricity were not working, all of the power outlets weren't working as well. Didn't ask about the reason because we were checking out anyway.

Everything was good about the hotel. The location, the staff and specially Mr.Omar, Mr Zia and Mr.Akbar were very helpful at the Valet.

WiFi restriction to one user device only is unacceptable as per their fares are high. It should be included in the price. Their elevators are busy most of the time. They need to add one seriously.

Quiet location but less than 100 metres to a wonderful convenience store and pharmacy. Taxis on tap and everything you needed in the room including washer/dryer, cooker and microwave. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Wonderful pool with a lifeguard. Close to some great facilities including Dubai Mall. Had a great stay. Thank you.

1- Hotel Apartment View 2- The area around the hotel is served by restaurants possibilities.

1- After reservation from letsbookhotel.com, they added more extra 20% & That 20% should be cleared from the beginning. 2- There are no respect of Muslim's families exp (in the restaurant there is no covered areas for our privacy ) 3- Although the price of housing was high, there was no reception at the airport

The location of this hotel is fantastic and the hotel is offering a free rides to certain places at a certain times, the view from the balcony is wonderful especially at night if you like the shows of the dancing fountain, the room was very clean and very well equipped kitchen.

To be fair one of the staff receptionist did an unnecessary upgrade for the room without informing me that with this upgrade and that I will lose the balcony overlooking the dancing fountain, plus he lies to me to convince me about this upgrade. The other bad point is they provide internet only for one device for free knowing that this room is booked for two persons.

Felix dressed the room superbly for us. A very welcome surprise when we arrived as we were on honeymoon. Proximity to Dubai Mall and Dubai Fountain. Huge room.

Wi-Fi access should be free, considering the cost of the room. Only one access code per room was given, but we have four appliances. The other were prohibitively expensive.

I loved the location - it was so close to all the action in Downtown Dubai. The Dubai Mall was literally 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The apartment is fairly big

The wifi polices is the stupidest ever I have seen. They just give you one password and charge you for any more where on the website and on the letsbookhotel.com shown as free - we know what free means. No late check out.
