Actually one of the best hotels we ever stayed in Ukraine. It is newly developed, very clean hotel with big non-smoking (!) rooms. Our room had a big balcony - very enjoying. The staff, particularly Angelina, were responsive, friendly, and helpful. I want to emphasize very responsive. Very clean. Great shower. Quiet. Kharkov hardly seems a tourist destination, so the location was not too bad if you were there for purpose. Be sure and try their "Russian Bath"!

Very helpful staff, excellent restaurant with very reasonable prices. New bathroom/WC, nice little balcony with lovely view of the lake. Free wi-fi in rooms. And all that for the super price of approx. 20 Euro (breakfast and parking included)!!! -

Svetlana who works at reception desk was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was wonderful but even if there is something wrong you should see Svetlana's smile and forget all faults :)) I also liked the boy who brought my breakfast to my room, he is very nice guy and decent.. I was really satisfied to stay this hotel.. The price was good. If the hotel is closer to city center it wouldn't be this price.. Thank you for your kindly hospitality..

The four room Hotel was very nice very clean and the staff were excellent , I have stayed in many Hotels around the world and I have never hade better service! The staff are a credit to this Hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone !!

This almost brand new hotel is a very good place to stay in Kharkov. The facilities are huge and the services are perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The underground is just 2 minutes from the hotel and by this you are down town in 10 minutes. I certainly return to this hotel in November again. -

This place is one of the most cosiest you can find, especially at such fair rates. The rooms are large and they have all features an accomodation needs to make you feel comfortable and home. It is the perfect synthesis of apartment with hotel features with a 24 hour reception-desk even serving meals and offering a lot of different beverages.

It is a great, new hotel in the center of Kharkov. It provides great value as it is a 5-star hotel with great service and rooms. Several fantastic restaurants, a beautifull sky bar which allows you to overlook Kharkov center and other nice things make this really a super hotel. Also, the price is really good when comparing it with regular, Ukraine hotels in the area. All in all a great place, great value in a 5 star hotel!
