Very helpful staff. The hotel and surrounding area was quiet. All areas we went to in the hotel were very clean. Would stay again. - We liked the friendly efficiency of the staff, and the fresh, clean, appearance of all parts of the hotel

Everyone was so helpful. We didn't have nearly the problems weanticipated because the staff was so great. Thanks. - The staff were absolutely magic, very kind and helpful. This is so important when you are disabled.

The staff were very friendly. While it is not a family hotel they were
very accommodating to our 20 month year old. They offered a baby
listening service by us leaving our baby monitor with reception while we
had dinner. The room was beautiful with amazing views and a fabulous
bathroom. We would definitely stay here again as while its in the
count

The Mount had very nice helpful, friendly staff. The food was freshly cooked and very tasty. The spa and teatments available were very welcome and relaxing. My room was clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent location for stop over encounters to Cornwall from our home in Berkshire. The very helpful receptionist could not have been more pleasant. Gave us local knowledge of places to eat nearby rather than motorway services. We found a nice pub restuarant called The Worlds End. We will definitely consider staying at Days Inn Taunton Dean next t

letsbookhotel.com had not bothered passing on my request, ie:- plug near bed
or extention lead for my breathing machine I have to sleep with. Also
requested via letsbookhotel.com, room near the reception, as walking disabled,
but none of the above was passed onto the Hotel by letsbookhotel.com.

I was pleasantly surprised about the decor. some traditional with some modern. very nice. Really lilked the dining area, with music and magazines, really felt comfortable eating by myself. Also really appreciated the actual mattress - medium to firm, so many hotels opt for a hard bed which is so uncomfortable. The location was ideal for a training

The welcome at the end of a busy day was superb, I needed to use my laptop and sat in the lounge with 'free' internet and fresh cream scone brought to me, faboulous!! Dinner was to a very high standard. I also needed to leave early the next morning before breakfast began, my host made sure I didnt leave with out and cooked early for me. I would def

The host was extremely helpfull and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable.
The rooms are excellent and ideal in this case as our 9 month old puppy joined us on our recent holiday to the Scilly Iles. We stayed at the Farmers Arms to break up the return journey.
Food in the evening was excellent as was the breakfast , wine sellection really

Excellent all round, extremely friendly and helpful. Customer service was great, with 2 young children the room was fantastic and we had our own little patio area. The staff were more than happy to bring our delicious steaks and wine to the patio so as we could relax with our children asleep just through the doorway. Breakfast was superb...really can't say enough about the farmers arms.....

The staff were brilliant and added to a very pleasant weekend. I forgot to pack my tie and with seconds to spare they found one for me which was even in the regimental colours. They were lovely girls. Taunton is a very friendly and lovely place. -

The staff were wonderful. We were there for a family funeral, with my brother and his wife and my 2 nephews arriving on the actual day, from London and Glasgow. The staff kindly arranged for their rooms to be ready early so that they could leave their belongings and get changed. The receptionist printed off a map of how to get to the cremetorium

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was in the old-style of disabled accommodation, which I personally find very acceptable. It was comfortable, clean and plenty of room to move around, even though I am not wheelchair bound.

Everything, could not fault it!! excellent location for Taunton with park and ride just across the road. Next door pub and restaurant with a very short walk to harvester.
