The bright and airy bedrooms each feature a flat-screen TV and iPod dock. All rooms have a private modern bathroom with free toiletries, and tea/coffee facilities with biscuits.
Traditional full English breakfasts, along with various other hot options including homemade American pancakes and smoked salmon and scrambled eggs are served daily in the spacious dining room. Breakfast also includes tea and fresh coffee and a continental buffet of fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt and Isle of Wight preserves.
Situated just a few metres from The Esplanade, The Fawley Guest House is a 5-minute drive from Shanklin and Sandown Golf Club. There is limited free on-site parking, and Sandown is 1.5 miles away.

The hotel is a 5 mins walk from the sea front. And a ten min walk from
the old village. We had a car- but there are bus stops everywhere and
they seem to be very regular. The options for breakfast were very
varied and even amended it to suit my needs. Tasted lovely and was
cokked healthy (basically everything wasnt fried)(hot and cold served
with such a large variety) the rooms were very nicely decorated, clean
and comfortable. The weather was very cold and Gillian the owner gave

Loved everything about it. Best ever breakfasts, with all you could ask for. The rooms were stylishly decorated and very comfortable and pleasantly warm when it was cold outside. The hotel is well situated for the beach, transport links and the lovely old village.
Gillian and Andy, the proprietors, were very helpful in suggesting the nicest places to visit and how best to get there.
All in all a great hotel.
The hospitality of the owners, the decor of the guest house in general and our superior double room in particular (obviously recently refurbished to a high standard and very tastefully decorated), cleanliness throughout the entire guest house and the delicious breakfasts. Good location close to the sea and a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance. On-site parking and free wifi.
We had the 2nd floor "suite" for one night. Lovely bathroom and large bedroom tastefully decorated in black/white/silver. Additional kitchen area with fridge, hob and all amenities. Ideal for a family staying for a week. Very good value. Well cooked and nicely presented breakfast.
Very clean modern rooms, great breakfast, we are vegatarian and we had a full cooked breakfast each day with choice of quorn or glamorgan sausage. The staff are friendly. Walking distance to great beach, enjoyed our stay, would stay again, would recomend for couples or families.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, presented, and very comfortable. The attention to detail is truly superb - they have tried to give you everything you could ever want both in our room and at breakfast. We would highly recommend The Fawley.
Fantastic stay. Smelt so beautiful inside and was very clean. Beds comfy. towels clean and soft all round lovely accomodation. The scrambled egg and salmon breakfast was amazing. Thank you for having us we will be returning.
It was just brilliant, the whole service, from the contact after booking. Then the whole stay, book in, the room, the breakfast was awesome.

A very friendly B&B which has been refurbished to a very high standard. The breakfasts are renowned and the owners, Gillian and Andy do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. We will definitely return.
Jillian and Andy were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was top notch, the rooms immaculate and even though you're not right on the beachfront it's such a shirt walk it doesn't matter. Very very lovely stay.
The hospitality and facilities at the Fawley were of a very high standard. The Breakfast menu was excellent and we enjoyed our stay of one week very much. We hope to return in the future.

We enjoyed the variety of breakfast at the hotel. It is located in a nice location so that we could walk to beach as well as high street. It's our first visit to Isle of White and we had a nice short break.
we loved the room . it was bright and airy and nice and modern. the bedding and towels were excepetionaly clean lovely! the breakfast was lovely couldnt fault it. we will definetly visit again.
The Fawley is an excellent B+B, is very comfortable and clean and serves the most wonderful breakfasts! The owners Gillian and Andy are very friendly and helpful and make first class hosts.

We stayed in the family suite - our children complained that the bunk bed squeaked and swayed and so they kept waking each other up.
