As their was no pictures of the room i assumed it wouldnt be very nice, but i was wrong the room was nearly refublished and was very very nice, the bed was massive and the tv was even flat screen with a diggi box! And I do reccomend this hotel to anyone wanting to go up their, me and my boyfreind are going back up their in february as we have said

Location was good, close to town and motorway. Very clean and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was reasonably appointed for the price. Breakfast was excellent, if a little chaotic. A large number of young people were staying there when I was, and they were kept under reasonable control at all times. Very modern and

The room was comfortable and very clean. The adjoining restaurant wasvery good value and a great choice.
I am type one diabetic and had a bad hypo in the room. I had eaten all the food that usually brings me round, but it didn't work. The member of staff at the desk got my husband some hot bread rolls which helped immensely. Thank you

We are accident investigators and stay at different hotels throughout the UK. We had been staying at a hotel in Crystal Palace, London on the previous 2 nights and preferred our stay at your hotel, the room was a lot cleaner, the bed was very comfortable and warm with plenty of storage space and a good supply of coffee and tea for the weary travell

The quality of the hotel was superb and it was a pleasure to stay there. The recetion and public areas had a lovelt atmosphere and was beutifully decorated and furnished. - brilliant service, it was our second year anniversary and the staff were so good i have recomend b w stoke on trent moat house to all friends and famiely
