  After conversation with the owners we ended up staying at Coldstream Bank House rather than Duns House, as it was more convenient for us. It was excellent, beautiful accommodation, very comfortable and a lot of thought had been put into the rooms. Owners very nice, helpful and friendly without being intrusive. - Fantastic place to stay in a wonde... τι λέει ο κόσμος » rful location. Very clean & homely & very equipped in the kitchen for doing a bit of cooking. :)

  This was a lovely little quaint b&b with 2 bedrooms and a sitting room for guests to use. The host was lovely and very knowledgeable regrading the local area and very helpful. Would recommend anyone to stay here. We only stayed for one night while at a wedding but it was lovely and had a great nights sleep - We had an excellent stay at this B... τι λέει ο κόσμος » &B. You have a living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom + delicious breakfasts for a very reasonable price. Also well situated quiet village in the Scottish borders, not too far from Edinburgh. Lady Penelope was a very friendly host !
