  The hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk from New Street Station and is ideally located near to Broad Street, Gas Street, The Mailbox , New Street and The Basin. We stayed in a Queen Club room. With the queens room the continental breakfast was free, fresh and in the executive room. Which was calm cool and quiet. I hear the full cooked breakfast was £25 pounds, but I was happy with the range of fresh bread , ham on the bone, cheese, and all the bits you would expect.

  Booked at short notice, based on reviews on this site. Just returned home. Having stayed we can say that the reviews were spot-on! The hotel is stylish, very clean, the rooms are huge and very comfortable. The bathroom is large. Fluffy towels. Room nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet was was good. It is a short trip outside the city but it is opposite "Star City", which is a good leisure facil - We had a twin room on the 3rd floor, it was very spacious, the beds were comfortable with a choice of pillows which was a nice touch. The towels were a good size and quality and the soap/shampoo(etc) dispensers in the bathroom were again a brilliant touch. The coffee machine in the lobby was brilliant and gave nice strong hot coffee. The staff were also cheerful and helpful.
