I loved the lighting and the set up of the rooms vey clean and
welcoming. I love the walk in shower and bathroom set up. The bed was
really comfortable and I slept like a baby. The breadkfast was really

Very comfortable and quiet, but everything seems tied down as if it is a
venue for stag and hen parties, so there is a shortage of essentials
like shower caps/etc and poor offerings of Teas and coffees in the
bedroom. No minibar. Lack of luxury in the bar area and at breakfast and
all drinks served were lukewarm. Suitable for business and a one night
stay but would have been disappointed if on holiday. Not as clean as it
could be, in this bracket the bathrooms and floors should be immaculate.

The rooms were large and of a high standard. The view of the canal and Mailbox complex was superb. The staff were outstanding - posting me on my cashmere scarf I had left in reception when I checked out! Came to Birmingham for the Footman James Classic Motor Show and decided to stay on an extra day to sightsee. This hotel was the perfect place for us. Would definitely stay here again and r - A well positioned hotel in the delightful Brindley place close to the canal street development with its variety of shops, fine restaurants and cultural centres. The hotel is well designed with well appointed and good sized rooms. Despite its position it is very quiet. The hotel staff are extremely helpful.

Fitness/gym facilities and pool. All staff very friendly and helpful - It was good to find a hotel with a decent size sauna, swimming pool, steam room and a jacquzzi, all of which worked and were clean. The changing room were very very good for this type of hotel

We liked the position as we were eating & shopping around the Mailbox.
We really enjoyed relaxing & playing in the spa pool - wish we had brought our gym kit too.
The view from the restaurant and the quality of the breakfast.

I had a single room that was a good size, clean and comfortable. With free WiFi and room enough to spread work out the room doubled up as a rather useful office too.
I'll certainly be using the hotel again and have already recommended it to a couple of associates.

Now that I know where it is, it is very conveniently located for my work. The room was very comfortable and it was so peaceful I had an excellent night's sleep. The breakfast was also excellent. Will definately stay there again.

The staff couldn't help you enough,. Hand on heart the best hotel I have stayed at for a long time. I stayed in the queens room, which I got on letsbookhotel.com at a cheap rate ( just like the ad, ha ha but true) . With the queens room the continental breakfast was free, fresh and in the executive room. Which was calm cool and quiet. I hear the full cooked breakfast was £25 pounds, but I was happy with the range of fresh bread , ham on the bone, cheese, and all the bits you would expect.

The staff were excellent, especially as they were unable to find our booking which we made through letsbookhotel.com. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked.

Very warm welcome at reception and from guys on the door. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless! Made use of the fantastic leisure facilities too - v well equipped gym, lovely swimming pool / sauna / steam room and jacuzzi. Highly recommend!!!

Ive stayed in many hotels in the centre of Birmingham but for me this
hotel outshines them all for £99 you get a great room in the centre of
Brum near the shops, near the nightlife without the Noisy sleepless
night of Hyatt Crown plaza and Jurys Inn. I cannot fault this place if
it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret
not paying to stay here
