I stayed at the Avon Causeway due to my lack of organisation and the designated hotel for a friends wedding was full. I'm glad it was. Had a wedding to attend in christchurch, so just looked for a reasonable priced place to stay. We were very impressed, it is the old Hurn Railway station and breakfast was served in the pullman carriage, it was lovely. Very clean comfortable pub, with lovely beer garden and very good food, wished we could have stayed longer.

Comfortable/modern very clean rooms of a better standard/price than travelodge/ Inn types.
Food- Carvery or pub standards such as fish and chips, well priced and cooked.
Staff - efficient and helpful
Location next to the river is very attractive, lots of wildlife to watch.

We stayed one night again for the second week running. Daughter had head cold and temperature. Staff went out of their way to help i.e. jugs of iced water etc and very accommodating with all requests. As with my review from last week thoroughly enjoyed the overnight stay. A big thank you to the lovely Manager and all his kind staff, We will be returning in the not to distant future.

Fantastic room with really good shower. Excellent breakfasts and very pleasant and helpful staff. Highly recommend - rooms very well presented. the staff were very helpfull. the quality of food available was second to none.

The beautifully decorated room. The breakfasts were amazing. Selection of juices, cereals and main courses for breakfasts were top notch. The 'landlady' was really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. - Really enjoyed the hotel. It is in a good location ear the beach, the owners are very friendly and ghelpful

Excellent service. We went for the first time and enjoyed Bournemouth. The hotel is located 5 mins walk away from the boscombe town center and about 10 mins from the sea. we were offered tea on arrival and the breakfast next morning was great. Excellent value for money. -

We loved everything about this beautiful hotel! The owners and staff were very friendly, interesting and helpful. We were made to feel welcome instantly. They also had excellent knowledge of the local area and gave us good recommendations for eating out. We stayed in the stunning and very luxurious "red" room, which was large, clean and comfortable. One road off the sea front and an easy walk into town. Our room was great and then we got upgraded to shelter us from the noise of a wedding reception. Roll top bath in the big luxurious room; on suite as well. The staff were caring and professional, the food fantastic. We ate on our 2 for 1 Tastecard which was another bonus. We will return to Bournemouth just to stay at The Green House. Thanks

A traditional family hotel run with so much care. Everywhere was spotless even the décor and lighting in extremely good order.- we didn't see one light bulb not working properly! Staff were friendly and very professional. I was running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October and I asked Petar on reception if it was possible to delay my checkout by an hour so I could come back to the hotel and shower. He was able to do this and I really appreciated it as I was travelling back to London.
