The suite that we were given along with the staff were superb. So good infact that I can name each and every member there. They knew who I was from the first day to the last catering to my every need and request.
Guvenc was the front office manager who made special arrangements for me.

We booked this hotel at the end of our trip, before flying out of Ataturk. We didn't have enough time to go into the city, so we just booked a hotel close to the airport. Titanic Hotel chain is one of the best Hotel in Turkey. In Titanic Bakirkoy, from check in to the check out everthing was well prepared like other Titanic Hotels. My first experince with Titanic hotels was in Taksim several years ago. Since then, nothing changed. I was really appreciated at that time.I believe many European countries do not have such a management. From cleaning staff till high level of manager, thank you very much for everybody in the group.

I like the hotel in general, the staff were friendly and they tried to
help us regarding to internet issues,we received special treatment ,the
receptionist changed the room from floor two to seven with a nice view
and also we received a gift (bowl fruits and drinks . the most

DIVAN Istanbul is perfectly central, 3 minutes walk to Istiklal Caddesi and a 8 minute walk to the Dolmabahçe Palace and Bosphorus. While a hotel in an ideal location is not necessarily a good hotel, this hotel is close to ideal as it is luxurious, affordable with friendly and helpful staff. Made our stay in Istanbul memorable. Moreover, it has a good gymn, indoor swimming pool and a spa.

I'm very grateful for Mme Elif, she was very proffesional in handling a passport-related situation. The concierge, both Mr Alp and Mr Jim were extremly helpful in providing plans and maps regarding the best in istanbul. Also thankful for Miss Bashak in reception for the upgrades. - location, service, design etc . . .

It was really enjoyable stay at Movenpick Istanbul, so comfortable, so
quite, service and staff is really 5 stars.... Restaurant, wellness

Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every
one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for.
Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45
in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all
my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the
phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service
personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay

Location, comfort and breakfast - all faultless. Room 227 was indeed a superior room with a stunning sea view, plus tea/coffee facility. Female staff were incredibly helpful. Young male reception staff varied. I hope all staff received some of the large tip we left at the end of our stay as we so seldom had the right money at the right time.

Istanbul is eclectic, lively and definitely worth several days exploration! The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we requested anything. After leaving the hotel, when a problem arose, the reception staff were amazing and could not have done more to assist.
The location was perfect to visit the main attractions in the city, which were within walking distance. It was also situated on the coast overlooking the Sea.

Excellent location at walking distance to main attractions, reasonable prices for food and minibar, nice seaview, good breakfast, kids menu option via room service. Our suite was already prepared on arrival with the extra bedding for our 6 and 8 years daughters. The rate via LetsBookHotel.com was lower than the one at reception. We appreciated the

Well the hotel rooms are comfy and the staff are really helpful. i would like everyone to look for Ms. Tuba she is extremely supportive. the stuff in general are nice and they help and do there best to help the residents. the hotel is very close to a tram station that is 200 meters away. the tram station will take you to sultanahmet tourist area.

a nice hotel with great staff where ever you are in the hotel , they make your day , i am a regular visitor to Istanbul , this is my first stay in this hotel , but will not be the last . special thanks to Ferhat at reception . Ceyhun and Cihan at concerge .
