The staff were friendly and the facilities were fine. Great views of Hagia Sophia from the roof terrace. The breakfasts were excellent but the dinner menu was a bit dull so we only ate there once

hotels is very nice even for family to stay in when i went there i booked to rooms for me and a friend at the hotel the stuff we very nice and friendly , they even upgraded our rooms from standerd to vip room which there was 2 rooms 1 big and 1 small so u could say we had 4 rooms area is nice there are many resturants near by shipping centers is ne

The location is great which is a walking distance from a lot of historical locations and also from the famous Istanbul Bazaar. It's very quite, relaxing and clean. The room and bathroom spaces are very well managed and organized. The bids are very comfortable which was very important after a very long day walking. -

The staff were wonderful and so friendly and keen to give information about how to find places in Istanbul, couldn't be better. I liked the courtesy of hotel staff esp the hotel manager, ambience of
hotel, breakfast buffet offered by hotel every morning. During our check-
out the reception staff was very helpful and even kept our stuff in the
luggage room as our flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel
was next to a street connecting Aksaray station but in a quiet place
next to a garden with play area for kids. I will definetly recommend
others to stay at this hotel.

The suite that we were given along with the staff were superb. So good infact that I can name each and every member there. They knew who I was from the first day to the last catering to my every need and request.
Guvenc was the front office manager who made special arrangements for me.

We booked this hotel at the end of our trip, before flying out of Ataturk. We didn't have enough time to go into the city, so we just booked a hotel close to the airport. Titanic Hotel chain is one of the best Hotel in Turkey. In Titanic Bakirkoy, from check in to the check out everthing was well prepared like other Titanic Hotels. My first experince with Titanic hotels was in Taksim several years ago. Since then, nothing changed. I was really appreciated at that time.I believe many European countries do not have such a management. From cleaning staff till high level of manager, thank you very much for everybody in the group.

I like the hotel in general, the staff were friendly and they tried to
help us regarding to internet issues,we received special treatment ,the
receptionist changed the room from floor two to seven with a nice view
and also we received a gift (bowl fruits and drinks . the most

DIVAN Istanbul is perfectly central, 3 minutes walk to Istiklal Caddesi and a 8 minute walk to the Dolmabahçe Palace and Bosphorus. While a hotel in an ideal location is not necessarily a good hotel, this hotel is close to ideal as it is luxurious, affordable with friendly and helpful staff. Made our stay in Istanbul memorable. Moreover, it has a good gymn, indoor swimming pool and a spa.

I'm very grateful for Mme Elif, she was very proffesional in handling a passport-related situation. The concierge, both Mr Alp and Mr Jim were extremly helpful in providing plans and maps regarding the best in istanbul. Also thankful for Miss Bashak in reception for the upgrades. - location, service, design etc . . .

It was really enjoyable stay at Movenpick Istanbul, so comfortable, so
quite, service and staff is really 5 stars.... Restaurant, wellness

Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every
one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for.
Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45
in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all
my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the
phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service
personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay
