This small hotel is all about the views, perched on top of a very steep hill with awesome postcard views of Goreme and surrounding areas. The common patio area and terraces were just so inviting and relaxing after a long day's sightseeing and a wonderful way to watch the sun set, even though the hotel itself is very close to sunset point.

Ahmet was extremely welcoming and helpful! We were offered an
additional breakfast the first morning we arrived, we took the night
bus and had a tour right after, so it was really nice. Btw, the
breakfast was excellent, the best we had in Turkey. Just before we left
(after a whole-day visiting), he said we could take a shower before
getting on the bus, which is really really nice!! We had the room on

Gultekin is a nice little place. The staff are very casual and nice,
though they don't speak English very well, they know enough to be
helpful. The shower was great, nice and hot with tons of water pressure.
Breakfast was really good, a nice and pretty large buffet on the terrace
with views over Goreme. If you are up by 8, you can see the hot air

staff is super friendly. Since I was arrive in the early morning they offer me the breakfast before even checkin. then offer the room for me to sleep before my room was ready.
They did have barbecue party almost everyday which is amazing and help to get to know people in the same hotel.
Location was great, sit right at the middle of city and almost the highest spot, so you can see 360 agree from the terrace.

We stayed 3 nights in Village Cave House Hotel and had a great time. The building itself was an old cave and our room was historically used as a kitchen. There was even an old fashion oven in the middle of the room- we loved it!! It was very nice and cosy. Also the owner was very helpful and friendly. As soon as we arrived, Mr. Onur helped us plan our trip on the map. Just like this, we made a great tour programme...

The owner was incredibly friendly, finding time to giving us a lift to and from the bus station, along with sitting down for a good hour discussing the possible options and routes we could take in touring Goreme. We really enjoyed one of the larger rooms (2) with its private hammam. What a lovely location and delightful hosts! We took advantage of the tour led by the owner's father, Hasan. An excellent amazing boutique hotel. Very friendly attentive staff who try to make you welcome. The hotel has excellent decoration, you will be surprised to see tastefully decorated each corner. Arif Hotel has been built on one of the best locations. I know many
people like downtown for accommodation but Arif Hotel definitely worth
the twice daily 5 minutes walk. It is only a few meters below the best
lookout point from which you can see clearly the hot air balloons at

The staff at the hotel was absolutely top-notch. Not only were they the helpful about arranging tours, recommending restaurants, even reserving out of town excursions, they were some of the friendliest people we met in Cappadocia. They do everything to help make your stay pleasant, and your visit to the area as effortless as possible. Ask for Ilknur and Kemal, they were terrific.

The suites were located close to town which made trips to grab a bite to

Wow!!!! Possibly the coolest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was
incredibly helpful. They were instrumental in helping us get some of our
lost luggage from Kayseri airport. They booked all the tours for us and
made our trip so effortless. The views from the room were spectacular.
We are the envy of all our friends when we show them the pictures of our
room. Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Our stay at the Elysee Hotel was exceptional. The hotel manager Deniz is a phenomenal host who took care of absolutely every detail for us; car rental, hot air ballooning, horse back riding, restaurant reservation etc. The hotel owner and his wife were also most gracious, welcoming and great hosts. Its a five minute walk up/down the hill for restaurants and markets but so is the case for any other hotel probably

Staff, Okan and Maryam are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff is nice and do a great job.

Breakfast was quite rich, buffet-style and typical.
The hotel had a private parking space and the view from our room was great: we had a large terrace in front of our stone accommodation and we could see Goreme and its Fairy Chimneys (at sunset that spot was wonderful).

Superb views of Goreme, very central to all sites to visit. Tours available from the staff if required.

As a hospitality industry employee, I would suggest every hotel to have such staff as Lalezar does!! Ramon is the best hotel manager I’ve ever met! Client oriented & helpful staff. Perfect location.
