topothesia - Everything was well organized at the hotel and the hotel staff were polite and extremely helpful. Excellent selection of foods at buffet breakfast, perfectly located, clean and very comfortable room, clean throughout the hotel, room was quiet when windows were closed (we were there late October so weather is not hot), definately recomm
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » end this hotel and will gladly stay there again. - The staff were very friendly, the rooms were modern and clean, the location was terrific (smack in the middle of the main street in th old town), and the breakfast was very nice with the option of courtyard seating. There was always fresh fruit available at the front desk and they even had umbrellas for guests to borrow (which came in handy).

The rooms in the Alexander had been done to a very good standard for a small hotel. The breakfast room was small but very clean, the food was lovely with lots of selection and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was excellent for a the major sites of the city and was right in the heart of a lively area with numerous bars and restaurants to choose from. It was also only a ten minute walk from the station and transportation links. Overall i would definitely recommend this hote

Everything was very stylish and beautiful. Stuff was very amicable. They wanted to help and in the same time they watch your eyes, not your pocket. -

The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. They were very responsive to our needs and much to our delight we were upgraded from the Guesthouse to the Hotel which had better facilities. Moreover, we were given the rooms much earlier than the check in time. It was very helpful as we had travelled overnight by train and needed to refresh ours

- The location was fantastic - you can easily walk there from the main train station. Then the tourist sights are within walking distance also.
- The room was an adequate size - there was enough room for luggage and to walk around.
- The room was clean.
- There was a lift so you didn't have to carry your luggage up stairs.
- The staff were professional.

Πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και προσεγμένα δωμάτια, αν και μικρά - I particularly liked the fact that there was a Nespresso coffee machine in my room which made excellent coffee. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was newly redone and was comfortable and had all of the conveniences one would want. The restaurants are very nice and have great food. I have stayed at this hotel periodically during the last 20 years and really like it. - the friendliness of staff, i was provided with everything i asked for

η εξυπηρετηση - efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. Definately far superior to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, even better than some 5 star hotels.
