It was only a 7 minute walk from the train station, centrally located, staff were very friendly and the room was gorgeous. - The rooms are really clean and the personal are very friendly.

Location was excellent. Short distance to Arts and Science Museum etc and the Old Town. Loads of places to eat close by. Excellent value accommodation which was modern and clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return and recommend to others. -

I booked this for the motogp weekend, it was possibly my best holiday ever! The appartment is very new very clean very comfortable and very good. If you are a 50 year old biker you do get the odd wtf look from spotty students but no surprise, cos you are in the university accomodation. secure parking was available for paltry amounts plus I had a

Highly comfortable, nice, large rooms and silent rooms, very clean and the free wi-fi. We also tried the restaurant and it had a very good quality/price ratio. The overall structure is quite new and the staff was really friendly and supportive.
Even if the location is far away from the center, there's metro station near by or you can rent the bikes directly outside of the hotel.

Great staff, great room, great facilities, everything great.... wow:) Staff were excellent, so ignore the comments in relation to them being rude, we interacted with all the personnel and they were extremely kind and outgoing. Modern hotel within walking distance of the metro station Ayora and the Turia Gardens. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. We would definitely revisit this hotel. - I am in a wheelchair and at no time did I have a problem with access to any facilities + the staff treated me like a human being not an inconvenience.
