Excellent value for money hostel in the heart of Sevilla. Staff was nice, room was clean and location was excellent.

Loved the location right on a nice plaza with bars and restaurants, and a 10 minute walk into the old part of town. 5 minutes to the river with winderful parks too. Price was amazing for a private room. Good wifi in room, toiletries provided and daily cleaning service - very clean!
Walls are really thin - take earplugs. This is standard in Spain construction however, so not really a reflection on the pension. Bathroom is very small but for one person is not a problem.
The Pension was in a great location for cafes,bars and interesting shops,in the Macarena area. Basic room but great value,comfortable and quiet.
Small but comfortable, ideal for the traveller on a budget! Clean toilet, and well-lit room, which was made up every day. The busy and easy-to-find Alameda de Hercules is right outside, providing plenty of options for food and drink (this does mean that the 'tourist center' of town is a good 15 minute walk away). As a solo traveller, single use of a twin room was enough space but two people might find it a little tight overall
This place is located at Alameda de Hercules which is one of the most post popular places in Sevilla. If you like walking you can easily start your city tour from this place. You can easily reach to the river side and continue to your walk throughout the river. Or you may go from the inside of the city and see the city life. There are good restaurants, cafes, bars&pubs around the place. You can come to the place by bus from the train station. If you get the bus 33 it only takes 15 minutes walking to the place from the last stop of the bus. You also pay around 6 Euros to Taxi if you want to go the Airport Bus stop. If you dont want you can walk around 20 minutes. The room, the bed and the bathroom was clean. The stuff was helpful. The wifi was ok.
It would be much better if the staff knows English. And the park would be a bit noisy in the weekends due to the young people.

Great location with many restaurants on the street below, making it convenient for breakfast or a late dinner. Easy 15-20 min walk to the main sights (Cathedral, Alcazar). Owners of the hotel were friendly.
Wifi signal wasn't very reliable in our room on the 2nd floor, so maybe request a room on the 1st floor.
Pension Alameda is family owned. The whole family is very willing to help. Some have limited English. The room is clean. As other have commented it is a bit noisy. But then you are based at the square which is full of life in the weekends. It didn't disturb me, but I imagine it might be a but noisier in the high season. Good value for money. Some say it is 10 minutes to the cathedral. You might be running, then? I'd say it is a good 15 minute walk if not 20. But very doable. Nice little streets to walk through. There is one place I particularly recommend to have some tapas; Las Escobas. It's opposite of the cathedral, on a side street of Avenida de la Constitucion. On the corner of that street you see Gusto. They have excellent coffee. If your visit is only to see Seville I do not recommend you hire car. Go by bus instead. When you get out of the airport you see the bus ea. It takes you for 4 euros to the center. From the busstop it is a ten minute walk to the city center. Or you could get on to another bus. Enjoy your stay!

Perfect location, interesting and friendly neighborhood; lots of bars/restaurants in the area, a little grocery store, pharmacy, even a gym... Rooms are not big but comfortable, small but very clean bathroom. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Extremely professional and friendly staff. Great position on the Alameda Square. Lot's of life in the area from morning until evening. Large variety of different restaurants and bars (including a gluten-free restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner). Good value for money.
The Alameda Square can get noisy at times - late night parties and such. But the windows are double-pained - which dulls the impact a bit.

Great to have a little balcony and a view looking out onto trees and the plaza. Nice location for cafes and bars, not too much traffic going past and the staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed in a room that was very small but well laid out
I didn't expect my private bathroom to be in the hall, must only be for single rooms, but it wasn't that much of an inconvenience. The room was very hot and the noise from the plaza during the night meant the balcony door needed to be closed, why hasn't Spain discovered ceiling fans! The advertised air conditioning wasn't on during the day and it was 32 and humid

The size of the room was not as expected. It was very small, about 6 m2. The building was also very noisy and the air-conditioning did make a lot of noise, but you can´t do without.
Hotel is in the center. 15min. Walk distance to cathedral and alcazar. Lots of bars and cafes all around. Nice neighbourhood.

No parking; We were disturbed by the noise during the night from other rooms; actually you can hear almost everything; however the concierge blamed us for the noise; probably he was saying this to everybody; however this made us feel uncomfortable.
