The hotel staff were outstanding--very warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make our stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible. Hotel Europa is a very nice, budget hotel in Girona. It is a couple of blocks from the train station, and within 15 minutes walking distance of the major tourist destinations in Girona. The thing I liked best about Hotel Europa was the gentlemen at the desk. They were very helpful with a rental car issue I had. I would have been lost without their help.

The decor of the rooms and bathrooms and the whole lobby area is contempory and feels luxurious but not at all pretentious - which is why I return to this hotel. Great to ahve a free mini bar in the room and the view from the huge terrace overlooking Girona is stunning - but they should put a pool on it, like the other AC hotels Barcelona -would m

This was our wedding anniversary trip and we were surprised with a bottle of champagne in our room after an evening out. Thank you so much, it made our day

The beds were comfy ( we had a double and a pull down), room spacious enough and the shower was great. The breakfast was great- continental and a good selectiof cheese.meats and pastries etc. The staff were helpful and polite and the location was fine-the pensione was central to the Old town. I travelled with my 72 years old mum and my 18 year old daughter, and this met our needs!

It's proximity to all services (buses,rail and airport). Centrally located (shops, bars and the food market are all close by. Ideally for any person(s) as a city trip, just the right size. A Family arrived at the same time as me and were clearly looked after well, even offered to store bicycles inside. The roof terrace has beautiful views over the heart of girona and is large enough for private conversations.
