Excellent location and facilities. What a wonderful city break we had. Staff are excellent, rooms were stylish and recently revamped. Seaview rooms had great glass walled balcony with spectacular views of the Marina and of the Cathedral. Bathroom has very large shower cubicle, stylish room. Position of the hotel was perfect. Lovely 10 minute walk along the marina walk to the cathedral and town. The hotel is in an excellent location beside the main transport centre for trains and buses throughout the city of Palma and to destinations on the island. The bus from the airport stops outside the hotel. The hotel is of modern design, comfortable and clean. Excellent and friendly staff. A good location for shopping with the large department stor

Staff was really nice and helpful! Please note that the hotel does not have its own parkign garage, you need to use one from their partner hotel. It's about 500m walking distance, ask at the reception, EUR 10,50 per night. The garage next to the hotel at Plaza d'Espana is useful for unloading your car etc. - but it's not as cheap as the official one just mentioned...

The room was very nice with a spacious bathroom and all the amenities one would expect from a four star hotel; it was quite clean and well appointed. We were told when we arrived that our room had been upgraded to a suite
- as you can see, off to a good start. The room was very posh and

Loved the designer looks,staff friendly very helpful, even when they mistakenly put us in the wrong grade room they rectified the situation quickly and couldn't do enough to help make our stay comfortable and stress free,the terraces are great the balcony on our room was large,the free loan of bicycles added bonus.great location centre of Palma with lots of tapas and bars close by.

Most comfortable Bed and Pillows we have ever slept in.
