The desk clerk spoke English and she was very polite, free guest computer access, nice continental breakfast served to us in the dining room, rooms and hotel very attractive, attention to detail in furnishings. - Good food, friendly helpful staff, clean and well maintained.

We loved everything! The staff was very helpful, the location perfect, the room was clean and had a refrigerator and dishes, etc so that we could actually had a meal in our room and, the breakfast was complete. Parking was available for a charge but well worth it. We highly recommend this hotel. -

The hotel is located in the centre of town and you can park for free in the town square which is right outside the hotel, although the parking spaces fill up quickly. We had a lovely room on the second floor with a window overlooking the pool. We didn't try the pool but other did while we were there and it looked lovely. The room was clean and

We visited in May 2013. The other reviews seem very accurate. It was unusually cold when we were there with 10 cms of snow in the mountains. The hotel was warm with a lovely fire in the lounge. Very nice and helpfull staff who speaks english. Great view from the windows to the mountains. The room was clean and spacious, with AC and radio with the speakers locaated in the room and bathroom - if you like singing in the shower ;). Location of the hotel is perfect for those who like hiking or cycling in the mountains. Torla is a small, charming town.
