Phil and Margi were perfect hosts, we stayed for five nights and found the location ideal for the Kruger and other places of interest in the area.
Phil was always ready to give the relevant and correct information!

Philip and Margi are very friendly and hospitable, the facilities are excellent, we had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the wonderful trees that surrounds the house and Rooms and it felt like we entered a sanctuary. We will definitely stay there again.

This is an outstanding guesthouse! The best I've had to date in South Africa. The breakfast and dinners were first class. The owners and staff were most helpful in suggesting local tours. I would highly recommend Laughing Waters. -

I was heartily welcomed. The house was spacious, large bathroom with tub and shower, wonderful view to the surrounding hills from the balcony and the living, no noise beside the birds as promised; with only 5 houses it is a very private atmosphere and it is easy to socialise. The host, Joan, was extremely friendly and helpful. She goes the extra mile and is great conversation as well. The accommodation is well situated and just a 10 minute drive from Hazyview and Sabie. The lush surroundings make for a nice relaxing atmosphere. The property and gardens are very well kept after and the place is in pristine condition.

The location was fantastic for visiting Kruger National Park and the Panorama Route. Our rooms were lovely. We really liked the garden setting, it was quiet and peaceful. Rissington is situated in a tranquil countryside of Hazyview. Our rooms were upgraded to their superior rooms which very generous of the staff.
Surprisely, the food at Rissington restaurant was very tasty especially the crocodile curry.
In addition, we had to leave early for our onward journey and the staff kindly packaged our breakfast for the journey.

The lodge is in a beautiful setting and the accomodation units charming spacious and spotlessly clean. Only regret is we did not have more time to just chill out at this fabulous place and have Tinker Bell the fabulous Jack Russell lead us on the bush walks within the property. I arrived late in the evening and departed early in the morning not really taking the time to enjoy the facility. The staff were great getting me to their location and taking care after I checked in. Lots of neat touches to the room and complex giving it a South Africa atmosphere. Very quiet and relaxing. A complimentary breakfast was waiting for me at the gate when I departed for Kruger at 5:30am. That was very nice.

The staff was very friendly and really did their best to make us feel
welcome. This lodge is really good value for money and if you take the
option with breakfast and dinner it is lovely not having to cook. We
stayed in the luxury tent, it had its own bathroom, just make sure, some
of the tents have a bathroom outside the tent. The tents are decor

Christel (Manager) was Excellent. Great information and setting up a game drive. I lost my camera but Christel and the game drive personnel were able to recover and return by mail to me. The breakfast was much more than we expected. Very comfortable. -
