  I came to this hotel based on the reviews on this website and I'm so glad I did; they can't have been more accurate. This is truly an amazing hotel and this year they have won an award from TripAdvisor which is well deserved. The staff were lovely and the owner an incredibly warm man and welcoming man. Hearing him say 'Today it's been raining all day, but from - We were three weeks traveling at the Azores Islands and this was the best hotel where we were during our trip. The check in was perfect, the lady was very sympathetic and gave us the impression of being very welcome! Although we arrived quite early she did everything possible to give us the rooms almost immediately. One of the bedrooms was on the ground, when we asked if it could be changed to an upper floor she did the change promptly. The hotel is new and in magnificent conditions. Not only

  My brother and I were absolutely delighted with this hotel. It is beautifully located, right on the waterfront with a stunning view of the beach and sea. Even our bathroom had a view! The rooms are bright and clean and very well appointed - we could even make a cup of tea, which is very rare in Europe!
