The young lady at the reception desk went over and beyond to accommodate us. The large apartment was cheery, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Our car was secure for the night and the small grocery store next door had everything we needed. And... the Home &Travel address is in the best location in Lodz; close to everything, right on beautiful Piotrkowska street! We will visit again.

The hotel setting was unique. A very tasteful, stunning and modern renovation of a former industrial building. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The food was high quality, the facilities excellent. A huge comfortable bed and very clean modern bathroom with seperate bath and shower. Situated in the same site as the Manufaktura complex. Close to public transport. A historical museum on the corner. We had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This time we decided to swap our usual Lodz hotel - Andel's -for a new one and we did not regret that decision. We paid a lot less for a 2-room apt. and the comfort was comparable.
All in all - a very pleasant stay.
We really enjoyed the swimming pool on the 10th floor and the magnificent view over Poniatowskiego park.

Very nice new hotel with a great location on the main famous street Piotrkowska. Though it?s a city center there is a big and unexpensive parking which is very rare for Lodz.
Rooms are new and modern with a nice set up. Breakfast is fantastic with a big variety of hot & cold dishes. Also a big choice for vegetarians.

Nice clean comfortable room. Good bathroom. Lots of TV channels. Helpful to have use of an empty fridge rather than a minibar. The sauna is a good facility. Location is fine - it's difficult to tell where the centre of Lodz is. Bus stop for 55 bus to airport is right outside the hotel.

Situated in a nice foresty area just outside Zgierz i Lodz. Doesn't feel like you're close to a big city. Nice staff. Well equipped and above all CLEAN fitness centre. -

I liked everything about the hotel.
Location was very important for us because we went to see a concert at the Atlas Arena.
It was also very good that we could leave our car at the hotel's closed and monitored parking place for free.
We enjoyed our stay at maximum. Thanks. -

We enjoyed our stay at Ambasador. The staff is friendly and helpful, room spacious and comfortable, modern design, bathrobe and slippers, tea and coffee facilities in the room make your stay more pleasant.
