Very nice new hotel with a great location on the main famous street Piotrkowska. Though it?s a city center there is a big and unexpensive parking which is very rare for Lodz.
Rooms are new and modern with a nice set up. Breakfast is fantastic with a big variety of hot & cold dishes. Also a big choice for vegetarians.

Nice clean comfortable room. Good bathroom. Lots of TV channels. Helpful to have use of an empty fridge rather than a minibar. The sauna is a good facility. Location is fine - it's difficult to tell where the centre of Lodz is. Bus stop for 55 bus to airport is right outside the hotel.

Fantastic location/building.
Old factory that has completely been rebuilt into a great, chique, timelessly designed hotel. It made me feel 'home' straight away. Just walking through the corridors was an experience on itself...

The hotel setting was unique. A very tasteful, stunning and modern renovation of a former industrial building. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The food was high quality, the facilities excellent. A huge comfortable bed and very clean modern bathroom with seperate bath and shower. Situated in the same site as the Manufaktura complex. Close to public transport. A historical museum on the corner. We had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Ambasador. The staff is friendly and helpful, room spacious and comfortable, modern design, bathrobe and slippers, tea and coffee facilities in the room make your stay more pleasant. You can use swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi without extra costs, which all were clean and cozy with candle lights and relaxing music. Location

Very comfortable hotel and kind staff. Got an upgrade to from a regular room to the suite, which made it an excellent stay.
Take your time to explore and enjoy the great breakfast buffet, 20 minutes wont do!

This time we decided to swap our usual Lodz hotel - Andel's -for a new one and we did not regret that decision. We paid a lot less for a 2-room apt. and the comfort was comparable.
All in all - a very pleasant stay.
We really enjoyed the swimming pool on the 10th floor and the magnificent view over Poniatowskiego park.
