Excellent location: the hostel is a few minutes on foot from Old town and 15 minutes on foot from bus/train station.
The staff was friendly and kind. We arrived early and we were accepted.
The breakfast was at 07:00. But the breakfast was prepared at 06:00, as we had to leave early.
Our room was in the other building across the street. Actually

Extremely helpful and nice staff. Nice simple place perhaps on the best spot of the city. Easy to get around, comfortable and doesn't get on your wallet too much. Nice basic breakfast and fast check in! Perfect for few days visit!

A fantastic place, great location, my fav spot of Krakow after the Royal Castle :) located right between Kazimierz and the Main Square, with homely atmosphere, very friendly multi-culti staff always up to date with events tells you where to experience the best of Krakow without spending much money; comfy beds with little lamps for night readers;

First of all ecxcellent location, close to everything (shops, restaurant etc.). Secondly free bikes, free walking tours and free internet. Not expensive hostel, with friendly atmosphere, very tidy rooms and helpful staff with a rich local knowledge base.

Its a very cozy place, a flat in an old building which has completely been refurbished as a modern apartment and turned into a hostel.
The staff is super friendly and really helpful.
The place is very clean and feels more as a "home" than as a hostel. Its a 4 bedrooms apartment after all. Bathrooms have a nice standard and they were very clean. -

Hotel is very good situated, only about 12 minutes of walk from the main market and 15 minutes of walk to get to Wawel castle. We got an apartment, and for two people it was perfect. It looks very new and its decorated in boutique style. Wi-Fi was also working OK and stuff had no problem to speak English.

The location of the hostel was excellent - 5 min walk to Wawel castle and the Old Town, 15 min walk to the Main Square. There is a closed parking on the spot, free of charge.
Common areas were clean and well maintained, including the kitchen with a microwave and a fridge you can use.

Very warm room with comfortable bed and powerful en-suite shower.
Breakfast was cornlakes, cheese, ghurkins, toast, coffee. Loads of
leaflets advising where to eat, drink and what to see. Very friendly.
Excellent for the price if on a budget. Only 5min walk to town. The 292
bus from the airport stops at "Crakovia Hotel", which is just
5-10 min walk to hostel (pick up city street map at tourist info kiosk
at the airport, which is right next to cash point machine). Bus tickets

Very delightful stay. The beds are comfortable; the rooms and toilettes clean. The facilities are far better than what I would expect from a regular hostel.
