The hotel is cosy, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well situated on a quiet street a short walk from the centre of the old town. The room was big, with amazing high ceilings and great light. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom...just very well-appointed. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Excellent value for money. -

We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for
two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had
a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof
windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. The best place to stay in Krakow and it is a real value for money. WELL done to all staff and keep on doing a good job. I will defenitely stay there again -

This hotel has been open about 8 months after being built over a 2 year period by the owners who wanted to do it right - and they have done it right ! Beautiful room , new, modern and homey at the same time. Pillows, Douvets, mattress, carpets are really done well and provide a great night sleep. Elevators are large, bright, clean and quick. Staff

The hotel was superb! We were the first guests in the hotel.. Initially we had booked the hotel for one day but then as our planned has changed I called the hotel to change it and include the day prior our initial booking. The Hotel location is unbeatable, right across the square from the train station; and 10 minutes walk from the main square of the old town. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. Our rooms were very comfortable and the spacious, well maintained modern bathroom was particularly appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were good and catered for a wide range of tastes and appetites.

La habitación está francamente bien y la relación calidad precio no es mala. Está situado a 30 minutos a pie de la plaza principal. Hay aparcamientos gratuitos cerca del hotel. -
Booking rating fully corresponded with expectation and therefore reflected also into the reality. Hotel very clean, rooms had decent modern style.

1) The rate was amazing! It's the highest scale of value for
money - though I'm sure this is just an intro price as the
hotel is very new.

Very modern and stylish with a great location near the train and bus station. Very clean and comfortable with good control of the room via the tablet. Good internet connection throughout. Nice, reasonable meals in the restaurant.
The walk into the main square is about 10 mins and is very easy.
For those complaining about the lighting issues at night, there are bedside lamps with a switch that you can turn on without touching the tablet and also you can leave the mood lighting on in the bathroo

We got a really good deal for two nights.the staff were so friendly and helpful.there was washing machine and dryer.rooms were very spacious clean and trendy.was 20min walk to the old town and was raining heavy when we stayed however the girl at reception organised the tour buses to pick us up right outside the door which was perfect.would definit

The staff were really pleasant , there's nothing they wouldn't
do for you. Tours such as that to auschwitz and the saltmines ran
directly from the hotel via bus at a great rate. Great bar, great food,
very comfortable clean rooms with toiletries and towels replaced every
day, simply a great place, I couldn't recommend it more!!.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes. Spa and swimming pool perfect after a long day. -
