It was located in a lovely place by a lake, the staff were very helpfuland friendly, was clean quiet and comfortable, and the food wasexcellent and plentifull so we had no need to look elsewhere, as forvalue for money it was better than some of the more luxury hotels wehave stayed in around the world, - An excellent hotel that is warm and friendly,

It's a nice place. Quiet place but at the same time close enough to the city center - 10-15 minutes approximately (you can rent a bike if you'd like to). Pleasant park is nearby. Apartments has a good location for travelling around (Kastel da Haar, Keukenhof etc.). The owner - she's an artist - very nice and welcoming. Thank you Agness!

The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. The rooms were nice, basic and most importantly clean. Its about a 10-15min walk to the City Train Station. We really enjoyed our stay there and will book there again if we ever go to Utretcht again - Great location, friendly and knowledgable staff.

Nice room + bathroom. Comfy bed. Great breakfasts. Nice leafy location next to river, just outside the city boundary. -

We loved the bathroom. The walk-in shower felt very luxurious and the towel warmer was great! We also loved that there was a mini-bar and a flat-screen tv in the room. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. - Decor, outside restaurant/seating, friendly staff, location of hotel
