Just a 2-minute walk from lively Rembrandtplein, Amstel 10 offers modern non-smoking apartments with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Central Station is 10 minutes by tram. Dam Square is a 10-minutes’ walk.
Each individually decorated apartment has a parquet floor and has view over the Amstel River. The well-equipped kitchen contains a stove, oven and microwave. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.
Guests can prepare meals in the kitchen which features a dining area as well. There are several lunchrooms, cafes and restaurants in the direct surroundings of Amstel 10.
Anne Frank House is 10 minutes tram 14 from tram stop Muntplein. Leidseplein and Museumplein are both a 15-minutes’ walk. The historic canal belt is right around the corner.

Location excellent. Clear instructions how to get there. Party of 5 adults not easy to find suitable accommodation but this was good. Apartment was well equipped for our purposes.

Climbing three sets of stairs - unavoidable in Amsterdam!.
Too much stairs. I asked for a smoking accommodation but it was not allowed.
Noisy in the morning when trucks make deliveries.
Very unprofessional, no official receipt provided: Mike, the landlord,
wanted to have the amount in cash and said, that letsbookhotel.com would
provide an official receipt after payment, which is not true. I checked
with letsbookhotel.com. Be careful!
The entrance to the appartment is not very inviting and the stairs to the second floor appartment are very very steep. Not suitable for families or older people.
Bathroom is tiny.
noisy noisy at the night I couldn't sleep at all. our appartment was in the 4th floor and the stairs are very very steep. no reception. the toilet was very small and there was no toilet paper. it was the worst place I have been there. I not recommand this place.
