Everything. Extreme friendly welcome! The free bike service is pretty cool and helped us to get around Tulum. The lady that covered reception in the mornings is extremely friendly and helpful. The place seemed very secure too as there was always someone around.

I found the people were very friendly and I felt I received good value for my money. Having bikes for free use was a definite plus as it is easy to get to the ruins, beach and downtown by bike. The hotel has a good location (very close to the ruins, quite close to the town and also to the beach). Free bikes are great to have to move around. And we liked very much the bread at breakfast. Cosy spacious room, good air conditioning, big beds. well wroking wifi in the room. Nice outside sitting, pizza offered at the evenings.

Very friendly staff who really made you feel welcome, So nice even when we were supposed to check out, we could leave our bags and go to a cenote and when we came back they offered us towels and the ability to shower. Very thoughtful!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and lovely. It was a great city location, nice and quiet but close to good restaurants, shopping and night life. The staffs reccommedations of restaurants were great. It's a cheap cab ride to the ruins and the beach. The hotel will rent bikes which is a great way to get to the beach.

Upon arrival the staff greeted us and introduced themselves. The atmosphere was laid back and the staff really made you feel at home. Everyone was do sweet and friendly. The owner Karla was very gracious, introducing herself to patrons and gave us reccomendations on what to do/see, etc. The staff feels like family. Not stuffy and the grounds are beautifully kept. The restaurant has a nice variety of things to eat and they have a brick pizza oven. Also, The wifi was great and kept me connected.

Nice and quiet spot, bit far away from the beach but that's no issue
if you have a bike, if not, taxis are cheap and everywhere. We felt at
home and decided spontaneously to stay one more day which was no problem
at all even if we got the last room so the hotel was fully booked. Very

We liked everything about the Itour. If we have to write all the things we liked, first of all, the staff is fantastic. They treat guests as their true friends. We felt very sad leaving there. We stayed for one night on July 2013. Itour is right in a busy intersection, in front of supermarket, very close to Tulum archeological site, the beaches and a few blocks from local restaurants. I loved the food, everything was fresh and delicious; the ambient was also great, with guest musicians playing at the restaurant.

OM cabanas is a small and cosy place. Located near the end of the playa road, It is a 10 rooms only resort. Quiet and Peaceful. Rooms were really beautiful but were not facing beach. But it is a not a problem here. Staff was always helpful and friendly and they offer free coffee. Didn't have the chance to try the food really.Good options for snorkeling and scuba diving.
