The big plus ,staff in all areas were all very polite and helpful. -
The staff were very friendly, and helpful especially the ladies at the reception and the bar tender Pedros. The sea view on the balcony was most relaxing, as was the swimming pool. Although the machines in the gym are not modern, i found it most fulfilling to have a workout there. The breakfast was superbly presented buffet style! Keep it up!

The resort was very nice situated in a quit area.
The staff was very friendly and helpfull, they took the time to tell their guests about the area, local receipts/drinks and we felt very welcome.
The rooms are very nice decorated and had a very pleasant smell the entire stay.

Very nice place, at the beginning when we reserved we were a bit afraid that this place and his staff will be a bit snobbish, instead they are all very friendly and willing to help you and answer to any question you might have.
In the resort there are kind of bungalow and rooms, I guess depends on how many you are and on how much you pay.
The swimming pool is nice and the place is quite.

Just returned from our Sardinian holidays, after a full week at La Jacia. The real value of this hotel is its location and the helpfulness of the staff. Our stay was excellent thanks good service from staff: Daniella, Luca, Bibiana... all of them were very professional and make us feel as if we were at home.
The hotel is very beautiful, with a confortable rooms (I absolutely recomend superior room with terrace!)
The area is excellent, with nature, good beaches, good people, the town very clean....;)
In the swimming pool area there are places to sun tan and you can enjoy and relax if you dont want to go out the hotel.

The owner of the apartments was always happy to help us out with any requests we had. We stayed in an apartment with sea views and it was fantastic. We can't wait to stay there again. The apartments are close to the beach and a new supermarket has recently opened up nearby so we didn't have to trek up the main street to the shops. -

Good staff, pleasant place, cheap accommodation, nature. It's good
for travelers by car/bicycling and for the companies of friends.
Convenient location. -
Friendly staff. Nice and clean pool. Special thanks to the manager Emanuele Bonoldi for being very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
