Everything. It was a perfect choice for our summer holiday. The staff was very nice. We booked a double room and received a triple room.
One girl at the reception speaks very good English and gave us good recommendations about what to do in Rimini.
We will be back :) -

Friendly staff, I was expecting English, but could refresh my Russian :-)
Superb location, just few steps to beach. There is a swimming pool if you expect crystal clear water. Garage in basement kept car unheated, but require reservation. However I suppose, cars size like Audi A8 could have problem to get there.

We had a studio for three adults. The kitchenette is fully equipped, large fridge. The terrace is large, street view. The bathroom with shower is spacious. It's a self-service facility so bear in mind that cleaning is for you to take care. Good wifi connection. Helpful staff.

We travelled around Emilia-Romagna during our Easter holidays and the
second stop was in Parma. We had a quadruple room at the hotel and it
was the largest one on the floor. The room was clean and quiet. It was
really spacious and had an alcove next to the bathroom. The beds were

We stayed at this hotel for one night to visit the city of Parma. Since we are a familly of 4 we had a four beds room which was a quite big room. The room was clean and functionel. The location was excellent, very close to a nice local shopping street and nice restaurants. We also appreciated the breakfast. A lot of variety and nice service. The lady who was serving the breakfast was very helpful. If we ever come back to Parma, we will stay again at this hotel.

The location was well placed with quaint road with lots of tree vegetation on both sides leading on to the high street. Also the idea that the beach was just a leisurely 10 minutes away was nice to know.

The availability of bicycle hire was also good to have as this helped us explore Rimini at our leisure - bike hire was only available from 10 am to 8pm daily.

The price was great for what you received. The neighborhood was quiet but close to shops restaurants and the beach, which was included in our package and was wonderful. The woman at the desk was very sweet and very helpful. The free bicycles were a nice benefit. The studio was comfortable, clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed. We liked everything about Residence Riviera.

Good location on the edge of town. Newly refurbished comfortable rooms with excellent bathrooms. Plenty of onsite parking. Good Argentinian Steakhouse next door. Breakfeast was comprehensive and good. Excellent pool and spa area for unwinding after a day sightseeing. -

Everything, I cannot fault this wonderful B&B at all. Wonderful
gardens to enjoy free use of bikes to get about and explore. Host Euro
and his family were hosptable and friendly, breakfasts was ample, also
offering to bag up untouched rolls and cake to take out for the day so
that food wasn't wasted. I've been travelling the world for the
past year and Alchimia is now in my top two of places to stay around the
world I felt at home immediately with the stylish un pretentious decor

I loved the location right on the beach. I loved how big the apartment was. I loved the two balconies. One to see the sunrise and the other to see the sunset. I loved that the kitchen had everything you needed. I felt very comfortable and the staff were very attentive and informative. -
