A small hotel with bags of character. Spacious rooms have a real Italian feel and were spotlessly clean. Breakfast on the terrace was a delight and the staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel was beautiful and centrally located. The rooms were nicely decorated with matching period furniture, showing attention to detail. The hotel facilities were well maintained and the pool area was also beautiful. It was nice to have a pool amenity during our stay, as it was hot in July. Staff was attentive and responsive to our needs.

The service was sensational! This was my faourite hotel in italy because of the service. It made me realise you don't need to speak the same language to make somebody feel welcome and simply treated as a real guest. Villa Pitti is so much more than a b&B. Stephano and his family are
lovely and welcoming. My only reservation would be that we wanted to
tour Tuscany and booked yhis residence in the north of Tuscany. We later
found out that southern Tuscany is the much pretty part to tour. Our
mistake, but would highly recommend this property to people wanting to
see the likes of Florence and Lucca.
