Location -- right next to the Galleria, Luini's, and the Duomo.
Valet car service (75 euros a day though).
Large hotel room; very spacious.
Espresso machine in room. Free beverages in the room.
Knowledgeable English speaking staff.
Great value for middle of city 4 star hotel (200 euros/night). -

Decor and design are very tasteful and chic. Fantastic to stay in city yet still be surrounded by beautiful manicured gardens. Very peaceful, and the breakfast was one of the best I have had on our many travels. - Everything was just great although we did not eat in the main restaurant.

I like a lot of this hotel: the decoration, the food offered, the service, the staff inside the room, the location. Up to now, it's the best hotel I've lived in. Highly recommend. -
A gorgeous, stylish hotel with a wonderful staff. It's great location in the city made it very easy for us to stroll around the multitude of stores in Milan.

Loved the architectural design of the hotel and the rooms which reflect comfort and luxury. Some facilities were missing due to the hotel's early launch, but staff were extremely friendly and cooperative. -

I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design.
The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing.
Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each.

the hotel is the best i like every thing staff is very polite ,helpfull in reception earea thiey know how to deal with customer they smile & welo=come all the time even if they guide us to visit place in milan or other round city they ask about feed back if we inerested or not they take care of small details to keep us confort & enjoy..food is delicious ..hotel location is amazing next to all famous brand & gallria only ten minutes walking ..room design is amazing i like flower prin
