Well situated close to train(10 min. Walk) which we used to go into
Florence. Close to town center. Rooms were large,clean,and functional.
Breakfast was very good with eggs and bacon plus regular European
breakfast items. Staff was very good and accommodating. -

The manager is extremely helpful and considerate. She contacted us before we arrived, to offer assistance with travel.
The apartments have a lot of character and are comfortable and well equipped. Our bathroom was spacious.

The welcome and help that we received from Paolo and Giovani was exceptional and the Villa was steeped in history. Paolo is a true gentleman and we are fortunate enough to be able to say that at the end of our stay we said goodbye not so much as guests but as friends. We would have no hesitation in returning to this villa again.

Very clean modern good sized room quite new. Great breakfast. - Located not far from Florence. You can reach the city by bus (stops at the backyard of the hotel) or by train (station is few kilometers away). Nice hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent!

Proprietors were terrific, very old school, helpful and friendly. Place is well located near sites in Prato and a walkable distance from the train station. Room was clean and the bathroom had been recently remodeled. -
