Great location , wonderful staff no negatives would stay again
We had a lovely stay here, breakfast was amazing, people were friendly. The bungalows were so nice too..would def stay here again.
The best location to stay on the island. Snorkelling daily with turtles just off the beach opposite Laguna Gili & only a short stroll into the town centre. Great beach & pool beanbags. The staff were amazing & the dining menu had good variety & was very well priced. We ate dinner twice & the grilled snapper was definitely the best we had. We stayed a week & did not want to leave.
We loved using the pool of a night time but not during the day as it was far too warm.
Absolutely loved Laguna Gili, perfect location close enough to the action but far enough away to get some peace and quiet. Gorgeous beach out the front only for guests, great food amazing pizza's. Loved Gili T but Laguna made the trip awesome!

Great location just out of the main strip. Walked straight out to the beach for great snorkeling. Nice breakfast, could order as much as you want and served at the table. Beautiful clean well maintained resort with friendly staff.
Private beach was very nice! Great snorkeling point just in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good, location very good and pizza at the restaurant great. Very friendly staff.
Towels looked dirty and the bathroom smelled bad. The air conditioning in my room was not working and it was so hot. It switched off all the time. I complained several times but they were unable to fix the problem. Apparently the problem was only in my room since I askel few other guests and they didn't have problems.
We loved Laguna and Gili T as a whole. The staff were very welcoming and friendly which made our stay even more enjoyable. Rooms are very well presented and although some people may think they look tired, we ha no complaints. The location is perfect for snorkeling with plenty of fish recognisable from finding nemo (good for the kids) and we were even lucky enough to see a Turtle (usually have to take a day trip for turtles). Breakfasts were spot on considering that Gili T is such a tiny island and rely heavily on imports from Lombok and Bali. The location is perfect for being away from the nightlife...but close enough to walk or jump on a Cimodo Horse & Cart.
Have no issues at all. Others might find the rooms a bit 'worn' but we had no issue and they were immaculately tidy. Someone did suggest snorkel hire, bike hire etc which would have been perfect.
The location was spot on, close to action when you wanted it and then far enough away to feel like you are getting away from it all where you could totally relax. The rooms were beautiful and compared to others on the island great value for money! Pool and beach area were both private and spent heaps of time lazing about! Staff and owner were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. First time on Gili T and loved it, did not want to leave and we will be back!!
Not much bad to say at all, whilst breakfast was more than adequate the rest of the menu was so so however others liked the food so it just depends on your tastes. There are amazing restaurants all over the island and so easy to get to.

Extremely friendly staff at all times, very helpful and caring, very good service, Very clean and spacious rooms, nice beach hotel area, good location ( close to all restaurants, shops and bars).
The location was brilliant, very quiet but only a few minutes walk into the main part of town. I loved having the beach directly outside the resort with deckchairs for exclusive use of Laguna Gili guests.

Excellent service and attentive staff. We spent 5 unforgettable days relaxing on the beach (the hotel provides for private sun loungers). Rooms are spacius and tastefully decorated. Good value for money service.

Love the location by the beach, the sun lounge reserved only for in-house guests, friendly manager, green but warm outlook of the hotel. Wifi also works well.
Breakfast option is limited, there was construction noise in one morning of our stay at about 8.30ish a.m.

• Great location in the quiet side of the beach. far from the crowd of harbor and nightlife. • I like the design of the room. very tropical. • they clean up the room everyday when we go out. • they have a swimming pool. not a big pool but at least we can use it if we quite bored with swimming at the beach. • helpful hotel staffs.
• Bad wi-fi connection. poor signal. the signal only available at the restaurant and around swimming pool. not in the room. i think they should buy a router for each room. • the position of television. they look like a desktop computer instead of TV. not really comfort to watch. maybe you can get a different table for TV and change the position to be more near to bed. • the food could be better. • the owner not really friendly to local tourist. they never greet us.
Lovely spacious cottages with a good restaurant and at a very good location! Just outside the busy and noisy 'towncenter' but only a short walk away from it. Snorkelling from beach is excellent, lot of fish and turtles as well. Can recommend Laguna Gili to everybody!
Because we stayed in the Ramadan period, in the evenings you hear the mosque for hours. But I assume you will hear this over the whole island.
- Fresh water in the pool is a luxury on the Gili's, and quite important after swimming so long in the sea, to take the salt off. - breakfast was perfect, with lots of options in the complimentary list - the position in front of the beach was great. - the location on the island was perfect in my opinion: 10 mins walking far from the center of night life, but close enough to restaurants and bars.
- there are better italian restaurants on the islands. Good for lunch, but i preferred to go somewhere else for dinner. - wi-fi was quite weak in the room
Freindly staff, beautiful, quiet surroundings and grounds. The location on the beach front was perfect being a little away from the hustle and bustle a short distance down the main road. Everything is very clean and showing no signs of wear being only about 12 months young. Lovely little pool set back a bit from the road to provide some privacy and quiet. Nice open plan restaurant with the option of eating over the road near the beach. Very generous breakfast selection, try the banana pancake!
Staff need a little training as to what order food should be brought to the table. You don't really want everything at once. The room AC had times when you would have liked to crank it up a bit more but this is probably subject to power availability and it does help to acclimatize you a bit. The beach beds could do with a bit more padding as they get a bit hard after a time.

The hotel has a great location directly on the beach and only five minutesvfrom the harbour. The rooms are spacious and nicely designed. The a la cart breakfast was good. Much nicer than queing up at a buffet. The Italian manager is extremely helpful nd ctive. He seems to be there around the clock.
The ac in the rooom ws extremely poor. Even on max it did not cool the room adequately. Although all the restaurant staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they stuggle a bit with large orders or when the restaurant is full
The villas and location were excellent and having the beach right in front was lovely. Will definitely stay there again if we visit Gili Trawangan
Loved the friendly staff. Always happy to chat to us and help us out. The breakfast each morning was delicious! You could have whatever you wanted from the menu. The rooms cleaned daily and extremely spacious. Opposite the beach. Nice and quiet and away from the noise of the bars etc, being a small island it only takes you 10 minutes to get to everything and 5 minutes later you are out of it all again anyway. Beautiful snorkelling area right out the front and only two doors down from Mango Dive which are an amazing dive company. Bike rental next door. Say hi to Ozzy who works there from Natalie and Ben!
Great staff and location. We saw sea turtles just off the beach out front. Bungalows are fabulous. Newer and comfortable. Good location.
Menu at resturant is a little boring.
The swimming pool is inside the hotel, for me it's nice because the other hotels have the swimming pool outside (by the street) so everyone see, which i dont feel comfy. The room is big & designed beautifully. Food is great.
The girl receptionist is nice only to foreign tourist, but not to us domestic tourist.
The room and swimming pool were really nice and we felt like we were at a resort.
The fact that the mosque was next door made it hard to sleep. The food wasn't good and for some reason, during each meal, Celine Dion (Live Concert) was being played.

Hotel in the average, Absolutely does not worth the money spent. Bad shower and no hairdry. Owner without idea of doing business in tourism.
Nothing special and the price is really high. The worst thing was cleanliness, the bathroom was smelling like a public toilet.
