Wow! What a gem of a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how fabulous this hotel is... everything from the location, decor to the staff service. It certainly added to our experience of Budapest. The second time we stayed here and it was just as excellent. A stunning design hotel with a special feel. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in and the quality of the bathroom, and large bath, was a real treat.
Using the special rates on letsbookhotel.com means that this is excellent value - we even got a room upgrade despite paying the basic rate!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure. My husband and I were traveling through Europe for 25 days. This hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The staff was very polite, helpful and professional. The room was large, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet. The breakfast was about 7.50 euros extra but so very worth the money. Fantastic European fare

When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. It was a stupid mistake of my own doing to pack my life threatening disease medication in my suitcase. This hotel provides good service at decent prices. We booked two executive rooms, which while relatively compact, provided all we needed. We arrived early, before our rooms were ready, but with our (discounted) exec rooms we spent some time on the excellent executive terrace & lounge, with free drinks and a great view of the river. This ia more of a big business hotel of course, but for us it was a usefull one-night stop on our Road Trip. Breakfast (also in the exec lounge) was quite good.

Location is perfect. Within walking distance of Buda (10 minutes) across a bridge, of the central Deak Ferenc Ter station (5 minutes) of the Ferenciek ter station which provides Bus/Metro access to Buda (3 minutes). Hotel is very clean and very well suited for travellers looking for comfort and some luxury on a budget. We didn't have breakfast/lunch/dinner at the hotel, so we cannot really judge on the quality of the food.

The hotel is absolutely perfect and the staff are eager to help wherever they can, also they are quite happy to talk to you and answer any questions you may have about Budapest. I would definately revisit this hotel in the future.

Great - very central - location (the main metro station is just a few meters away), helpful and polite staff, and the rooms were very large and comfortable. We found the complimentary breakfast quite sufficent and we were able to park our car right in front of the hotel (free of charge). - The room was exactly as in the pictures,good size , clean

The deluxe room had very nice furniture and bathroom, and not manyhotels in this price class offer possibility of private parking - Staff assistance with opera tickets, car rental and city tour choices.
