The staff at this place were amazing. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and their customer service was the best we have every experienced. They even ironed my boyfriend's shirt and trousers for a wedding we were attending (free of charge)! Seriously, we were blown away by the staff. Just brilliant.

Our bed was a bit uncomfortable- quite soft with the springs sticking out (probably needed replacing). Not a massive deal though, especially given the price we paid.

View and location to Fira although a little concerned as a lone female traveler in regard to availability a closeness to town centre in walking to restaurants at night alone

The bathroom a bit small with no storage space. No bathroom slippers or robe and no mini bar as advertised better not to mention than not provide with poor excuse.

Nice breakfast and a comfortable swimming pool,good location,a Wal-Mart nearby.

If the hotel pick the travellers up when they arrived at the new port,it would be better!

We travelled as a family with 2 children and we had a 2-room unit, really nice décor, great pool area and the staff were great to deal with - Yianni, Julio, Haroula.

I liked the proximity to the township without being in it.

The fridge in the room generated too much heat in the night making it difficult to breath when sleeping. Otherwise it was a lovely hotel.

Shuttle to the airport, reception staff were very friendly and informative, bedrooms were large as was the bed, was only a 5-8 minute walk to city centre of Fira which was great as Fira is quite noisy with all the bars opened till late.

Excellent facilities. Central and close to main town of Fira.

More expensive than the rest of Greece like everything else in Santorini.

The boutique style hotel, small and friendly, quiet location but walking distance to main centre.

We were a group of 4 friends and we stayed in the family room. It was perfect for us, we had 2 rooms joined via a hallway to our self. The pool was a amazing and it was in walking distance of the town. We got buses around the island and the staff were very helpful for dinner choices, and even drove us to the places. Good place.

The staff at the Phillipion were fantastic! Great service from everyone from the front desk,pool/bar staff to the cleaning staff. Nothing was a problem and any questions or problems were dealt with quickly. Breakfast was included and had a great selection and choice. The FREE wifi was really great and the connection was fast and efficient. They have modems all over the hotel, there was never a problem connecting. Rooms are large and spacious, with great bathroom facilities. Body wash and shampoo/conditioner are provided. Fresh towels everyday and the rooms are lovely and clean with minimal decor. The hotel is a 5 minute walk into the centre of fira town and easy access to the local bus stop along the way. Highly recommended and would visit and stay again. Thank you Yianni and all Phillipion staff for a fabulous 6 night stay.

The only bad thing about this hotel are the Beds. Unfortunately they are very small ( double) and the mattresses are very lumpy. This would be our only complaint.

The pool was always really clean and inviting. Staff was very helpful and friendly and you can't beat the location, only a 10 minute walk to Fira.

The staff could not do enough for us, very friendly. We met the owner and he was very nice and helpful too. Good location

We had the two bed roomed apartment, the air conditioner wasn't working properly. No tea and coffee facilities in the room

Staff and location were excellent. 2 x Yannis were terrific, on reception and in the dining room. Free parking is great and only a couple of minutes walk to the town. Great value.

Bed was a a little firm. Not uncomfortable just firm.

Staff so welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Position a great balance between expense and closeness to all Thira and Oia.Rooms excellent with warm baconies with views. Front area rooftop has perfect sunset views without going to the exorbitant Oia. Awesome pool. Delicios breakfast. Free pickup. We cannot recommend highly enough.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were excellent, and the breakfasts first class. This was the definitely the best value and probably the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our 8 week European holiday and we would recommend it unreservedly to others.

Access to Fira restaurants etc required a 400 metre walk with beautiful scenery en route. Hardly a negative;

Our room was spacious and different in style (very Greek) from anywhere else we have stayed - great. Large balcony where we could see the sunset. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious & staff very helpful at all times.

Needed more fittings in bathroom as nowhere to put clothing (only one hook).

Booked this for my daughter , her husband & 2 children. The pool was enjoyed by all as was the breakfast. Staff were very accommodating. Walk to Thira along the caldera always spectacular (except when the wind was strong).

The accommodation was very cramped for 4 people and one room had no natural light. My daughter did not mind but I was a little disappointed as when I booked the photos of the 2 bedrooms were larger and with natural light.

The staff were excellent and very helpful with any query no matter how big or small. Cleaning staff were helpful and did a thorough job. Substantial breakfasts.

It was in Santorini,... the guy in the reception and the complimentary lift to the airport

Location outside FIRA, breakfast very poor, swimming pool in the shadow and small and the prizes. I guess it is a problem from the island as such,...

Staff was decent

Hotel was bad ..rooms were too small and the bed for two people was a twin (very unconfortable). Pictures on websites were very deceiving.
