We stayed in the economy studio, and upon our arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of local wine. The location of the hotel was really ideal - It was just far enough outside of the city that we could walk to the beach in less than five minutes, and walk into the city in 20-30 minutes. Beautiful hotel, very clean and well looked after.
Lovely private swimming pool that was kept spotless and never full.
Plenty of sunbeds and poolside chairs.
Breaskfast for 6euro (3 for kids) with plenty of options available
Snacks available at lunchtime - limited but good value.
Close proximity to beach - 2 minutes walk and a further beach at 5 minutes with more facilities.
Bus stop for Chania at the end of the road - cost 1euro 10 and run regularly.

The whole trip was just lovely and I wouldn't have changed a thing. My previously holiday-shy boyfriend loved everything about the holiday and especially the restaurant (Corinne Star) in the grounds of the hotel. It was the best of the restaurants we tried in both Kalamaki and Chania. The staff were very hard-working, warm and helpful. The beachside setting was beautiful, westward facing so you can enjoy the sunset while eating dinner at the poolside. Really hoping we can come back soon :)

Staff was friendly and helped us with any questions we had. Close to the bus station so convenient as we went to the Samaria gorge the next morning. We left at 7 am and so the staff made sure to have the breakfast ready for us. Really close to old town and the harbour (5 minutes walk). Not a luxury hotel but clean.

Klinakis Hotel has one of the best locations of any hotel we stayed in in Greece. It is right on the beach, with no highway between you and the sea. The view from our balcony was just amazing - Klinakis Hotel is beautifully located literally right at the seaside, with 2 beaches, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The place itself is nice and clean and the staff are extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

Ideal location for traveling, sightseeing, beach finding, room service excellent, air conditions top and value for money, staff honest and friendly. Bus service right outside the hotel to Chania city, restaurants near by, clean swimming pool... any people looking for much more should seek expensive 5 star hotels. -
