The location was perfect for my meeting at the cch (and strolling to seethe sites), and the park I had to walk thru was lovely. There were shopsand lots of cafes nearby. The window opened which was also nice. Thestaff was very accomdating and helpful. - Location

The room was modern, spacious and kept exceptionally clean. The location was handy and the climate control kept the temperature perfect though it was freezing outside the hotel. - Large apartment-style room (separate lounge area), clean, interestingdesign. Close to 2 underground stations, 15 minute walk to town,opposite Hamburger Dom.

A very good hotel and in a good location. Safe to walk the streets andclose to communication links throughout the city. Rooms a good size andevery facility to ensure comfort. We did not use the restaurant socannot make comment. We would certainly stay again. - As always NH hotels provide comfortable and clean rooms

The staff were extremely helpful. We had to have some important documents sent to another city as a matter of urgency and the reception staff did this with efficiency and good humour. A good hotel with easy access to the S Bahn and only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Hamburg. We had a business class room on the 16th floor overlooking the city. Great location, very conveniently situated next to a train station and a 15 minute, easy walk into town. Friendly staff, fabulous room with everything you could possibly need provided. Lovely comfortable bed. The bathroom was fantastic with a choice of two types of shower. Excellent breakfast - one of the best we have had - the choice was brilliant.

As a disabled traveller I was really delighted with the hotel.
The grab rails in the bathroom for toilet use and the grab rails for shower use were exactly where they should have been, this making my stay both comfortable & safe.

The staff were very pleasant and professional and hard working particularly keeping the restaurant well stocked during peak times at breakfast. Everywhere in the hotel was quiet, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated.
Absolute value for money would have no hesitation to recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express.

I found it all very good,Room clean, large(we had the basic room), good

The hotel itself is excellent - nice design, full sound proofing in spite of Reeperbahn next to the hotel building. 3 minutes to the U-bahn. Taxi comes in a few min. Rich breakfast in The dancing towers with salmon and champagne. Free apples in the rooms and at the reception. Good wireless internet for free. SPA and beauty centre for those who wants (we didn't use it). The lobby with a bar looks rather glamourous, like in Bond movies. The price was very nice for a **** hotel.
