Everything! We were pleasantly surprised with generous breakfast items; tourist information available at the front desk; English speaking staff; problem in bathroom quickly rectified upon notification to hotel staff; great location. Great, loved everything! - nice crew!

As a disabled traveller I was really delighted with the hotel.
The grab rails in the bathroom for toilet use and the grab rails for shower use were exactly where they should have been, this making my stay both comfortable & safe.

The staff were very pleasant and professional and hard working particularly keeping the restaurant well stocked during peak times at breakfast. Everywhere in the hotel was quiet, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated.
Absolute value for money would have no hesitation to recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express.

This is a great hotel to stay at in Hamburg. It has a cozy feel, and good sized rooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk right into the city center in about 15 minutes, and another 5 minutes to the lake. There is also a metro stop very close by, and it's a 10 minute walk to the Reeperbahn, however, it's far enough away to not be disturbed by any n

I found it all very good,Room clean, large(we had the basic room), good

The hotel itself is excellent - nice design, full sound proofing in spite of Reeperbahn next to the hotel building. 3 minutes to the U-bahn. Taxi comes in a few min. Rich breakfast in The dancing towers with salmon and champagne. Free apples in the rooms and at the reception. Good wireless internet for free. SPA and beauty centre for those who wants (we didn't use it). The lobby with a bar looks rather glamourous, like in Bond movies. The price was very nice for a **** hotel.

Great location, reasonable price, friendly staff, nice clean room, good bar and restraunt. - Staff were very helpful. I had trouble connecting my Mac to WiFi so a staff member let me use the receptions PC for internet use. A very large selection of items for breakfast. Queen size bed just for me.

The staff were extremely helpful. We had to have some important documents sent to another city as a matter of urgency and the reception staff did this with efficiency and good humour. 1 bedroom apartment. Large comfy bed with good pillows. Sofa, large TV with several English channels. Table with 3 chairs. Desk and chair. Kitchenette with combi microwave, fridge, dishwasher and ample crockery and cooking equipment. Balcony. Bathroom with powerful shower, plenty shelf space and washing machine and drier. Adina was only a short walk from all the xmas market. Hotel was very clean and comfort. Transport links to the airport were very easy using the S1 station was only 7 minutes walk away. Bakery and supermarket just around the corner, will definently go to hotel again

The location was perfect for my meeting at the cch (and strolling to seethe sites), and the park I had to walk thru was lovely. There were shopsand lots of cafes nearby. The window opened which was also nice. Thestaff was very accomdating and helpful. - Location
