  Staff are friendly, especially at the breakfast restaurant. Most reception staff are friendly and helping. The location is excellent. 1-2 minute walk from Alexanderplatz station where underground, tram and city train can be found. There are many places near by that rent bikes including the hotel itself. Many restaurants are near by. It - Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn.   We loved the location but it might not be for everyone, it was not even a 5 minute walk to Alexander platz which was great as where we stayed was quite quiet. The staff were excellent and the hotel was lovely and always immaculate!
