I and my guest have nothing but positive things to say about the staff at this hotel,Friendly,extremely professional,food and service was extremely tasty and beautifully presented.It gave are stay in munich an even bigger plus as the city of munich is beautiful.if anyone had anything negative to say about this hotel,check yourself for a pulse.... -

- Very clean, very nicely decorated. No unpleasant odors, like so many
other hotels have.
- Big LCD TV with decent selection of channels -- unfortunately mostly German.
- Friendly and accommodating staff had our room prepared with a baby bed and any request we had was handled quickly and efficiently.
- Very close to the U-bahn.
- As long as you accept the fact you will eat breakfast at a nice bakery on the corner of the building and not use their internet, it's a wonderful hotel to stay at.
