Good location, overlooking the water. Cleverly designed hotel, cheerfully decorated and very clean. I had a soundproof room with air conditioning, an excellent shower and a really comfortable bed. The breakfast was good value for money, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. This was the first time i made booking using www.letsbookhotel.com and with the feedback available from other users i made the right choice. The hotel was very good, Very near to Central Station, Beautiful Sea View, Close to shopping center. Breakfast was good.
όλα τα σχόλια » It was located 250 m from the Central Train/Bus station and 1500 m from our cruise ship. We walked both distances with our luggage in tow. Great breakfast, and everything was fresh and clean (the hotel was only 4 weeks old). The room was very clean and beds comfortable. Considering the hotel was situated next to a busy road it was very quiet! The breakfast was good! On the whole very satisfied with the hotel!. Breakfast was good, especially the bread was delicious. Room was very straight and functionel. You could take shower without getting water on the floor. The park place behind the hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. The design is modern looking. The hotel is close to the central station and shopping areas. A good stop over for a cruise departing from Kiel. Location (perfect for my visit to the hdw shipyard); spotlessly clean (but will cleanliness be so good when the hotel is a few years old?); shower; breakfast bar. Excellent conditions to stay for the price we've payed. Friendly staff, free internet, great convenience and service. Definately will stay there again. I loved the ease of check out and I really liked that it was close to the train station. The breakfast was pretty good. They had amazing yogurt. spacious room, free wi-fi, very clean bathroom, central location next to restaurants (near Kiel central train station). All of the above! The price was reasonably low The bed was comfortable A/C Friendly staff that spoke English and German I forgot to bring my shampoo with me, the one offered by the hotel was ok. looks clean and need(since it's a new renovated hotel). Good price, clean and quiet. Location and parkingspace. Rooms were clean and tidy. It would have been better if breakfast finished at 10.30 rather than 10.00. The bathroom was a little on the small side!. Too much queue by the elevator. Strict check in times. We arrived at hotel an hour earlier and were made to wait until 14:00 to give us room. There are no locked facilities to store luggage while you wait. 1) Internet access. I didn't receive the sms so had to phone the front desk for my password; the wi-fi connection on my laptop was extremely slow and my smartphone wouldn't connect at all. I did not receive several email messages. 2) There should be a third vending machine offering more substantial snacks, including pre-packed sandwiches and small cakes. I wish the room number to get in the doors worked to get in the main door, when the reception was closed. That way it would be easier to retrieve the baggage you left. The wifi could only be utilized if you had a cellphone that worked. somehow the pillow did not feel very comfortable. The wi-fi connection is not always good. small rooms. No complimentary tea/coffee. When I asked at reception for extra pillows I was told I couldn't have them, because all the rooms were booked ( obviously no spares!). Very small rooms. Lack of parking. No fridge or minibar Chairs without back so you cannot really sit and work for hours Not enough plugs in the room No plugs next to night table Very tight room. breakfast is rather poor. We are English speakers and the front desk staff were not very helpful. We had difficulty using the Internet - did not have a working phone and could therefore not receive the code - the staff were dismissive when we asked for help and basically tod us "too bad". We would not stay again. No bar, minimal breakfast, bad coffee. Nothing at the hotel worked. - No Wifi - No TV - even the door codes didn't work so we couldn't lock our door - the parking lot is to small and was full when we got there. We had to park a couple hundred meters away Staff was unwilling to help or refund at least part of the costs. They told us to complain at their headquarters in Wiesbaden (south Germany) NEVER AGAIN!!!.
