1. Newly renovated/refurbished; the buildings, rooms, and grounds appeared in top shape.
2. Very pleasant & helpful staff, including room cleaning staff who immediately replaced a burned out light bulb.

My husband and I booked the Hotel for a dbl room for 5 nights some time
prior to our travels. We arrived mid-Oct. From a stay in Sardinia; our
grand tour continues until end of Jan. 2014 so we have lots of stuff.
The room held for us was very small @ 100E/night plus 10Epp/day
for simple breakfast. We asked and we offered a great apt. With
kitchenette @140E/day(posted@ 165/day. So we took it , of
course, w/o breakfasts...we can buy lots of suitable food for 20e
daily! The location is wonderful,

Very clean, modern apt. Very good location - Location. Smack in the middle of things. Safe area. Shopping right at the doorstep (literally). Clean. Good kitchen (no supplies). Short distance to the beach. Quite peaceful (some traffic noise).

Having the swimming pool was brilliant! It was well-maintained and there were plenty of sunloungers to sit on around the pool area. The staff were also very helpful. - Perfect position, inside the city centre, very close to the old port and 10 min walk from main railway station; curious tiny rooms but clean and well furnished; clean and nice toilet. Tasteful decor, comfortable bed, good-sized bedroom. Excellent breakfast with lovely fresh fruit and a good selection of other items. We had a room at the side, looking out over the river which is probably better than a room facing the sea as it is quieter and there is always something to watch.

The staff were amongst the friendliest we came along whilst travelling through France recently. The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur.

Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!

Location- Within walking distance of most major sights and right next to the water. Resturant and bar was amazing!! Shuttle service saved money that would have been spent on taxis.
